Our family enjoyed this beautiful home for a whole week in July 2026. Nice area, lots of wildlife. Just right outside of Estes Park made it very nice and quiet.

The property was clean. Cooking wear okay but frying pans needed replacing. Glad we brought our own frying pans. Beds weren’t that comfortable. To firm for us. Views are amazing. Wildlife was around at times. I would stay here again.

We LOVE staying at this house! This is our second year to stay here and it truly is amazing. The fenced in dog yard is very convenient. The views of the mountains are gorgeous. We were blessed to wake up to a double rainbow on our last morning. We had elk visit us up to the back door. Highly recommend this house!

Everything about this stay was amazing. Location, rooms, sights, amenities.. all perfection. We even had a visit from a herd of Elk right outside one morning. Could not ask for a better place to stay in Estes Park!

The view from the living room is really, really great. House is easy to get to, is away from all the traffic and is very quite. Plenty of room to move around and the gas fireplace worked well. Having access to the garage, with auto door opener, was fantastic. The window coverings in the master bedroom are a little sparse as four, small corner windows have no curtains or shades.

Everything was perfect! Very clean. Very nice home with an amazing views. The mountains made sitting and relaxing so peaceful. The visits from the deer everyday was so special. The house was great! The entire house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. My favorite spot was the sitting area next to the gas fireplace. We got snowed in and they were quite responsive by text to extend our stay.

This house was excellent! We were able to check in easily, everything was there, it was a great place for our family and even a four month old. The views were absolutely beautiful, it was nice to sit outside and just breathe the fresh air and view the mountains. The town is cute and fun and we had just an all-around awesome time. Would definitely go back!

What a lovely house. Just far enough away to enjoy the quiet, stars, and the deer but close enough to run in for caramel apples. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked. We loved the fireplace and room to relax. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful vacation spot!

A great place to enjoy quiet, mountain nights while being mere minutes from downtown Estes Park. The house was very clean and I loved the open space throughout. The property management was very easy to work with and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Snowline Vista Lodge

We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed. It was close to town and the national park yet far enough out to provide plenty of outdoor space. The views were beautiful, and we got to see the herd of elk come through the property. We would definitely stay there again.

Easter at the Fun House

A wonderful property and spectacular view. Easy to get to and out of the main town hustle and bustle. The house layout is nice; one floor with ample space for all. The openness and views from all rooms provides nonstop views of Longs Peak and the surrounding mountains. 6-8" of snow made it a unique Easter Holiday - Sledding in the RMNP was fun! Our grandkids called it the Fun House. Thanks for the memories.

Several issues affected our stay.The biggest problem was the heat. The property gets extremely hot during the summer, and the thermostat in the house showed 85F for three days. I took photos of the thermostat and notified the owner. They brought us a portable AC unit, which we appreciated, but given the size of the property, it did very little during the hottest part of the day, roughly 11 AM to 4 or 5 PM. This property really needs a permanent AC solution, especially with increasingly hot summers.The house itself has a lot of newer furniture and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. However, the surrounding area did not look like what we expected from the listing photos. During our stay, the landscape was very dry and unattractive. The access road is unpaved, so after rain it becomes muddy, and when it is dry there is a significant amount of dust. This was particularly unpleasant with children and could be an issue for seniors or anyone sensitive to dust.Finding the property was also difficult. GPS took us to the opposite side of the house where there was no access road. We arrived at night, and the area was completely dark with essentially no lighting, making the house very difficult to locate. It would have helped tremendously if the host had left an outside light on before check-in.Another issue was the smell when we first entered. The house had apparently been closed up without the AC running, and there was a very strong, unpleasant smell inside. We had to open t

Due to the historically mild climate in Estes Park, central air conditioning is uncommon in local homes, and our listing explicitly notes that this property does not have it. However, we understand that temperatures are rising, which is why our team proactively delivered a portable AC unit to help keep your family comfortable during your stay. Regarding the property's surroundings, the mountain landscape changes significantly depending on the weather. The region has been experiencing a prolonged dry spell, which affects the local vegetation. When it does rain, the mountain roads naturally become muddy, and when it is dry, they become dusty. We take great pride in this home’s panoramic views of the Front Range and are sorry that the natural, rugged environment of the Rocky Mountains did not meet your expectations.

Fantastic house

We enjoyed this house very much! The view is spectacular and we never got tired of it. The house was cozy and comfortable (except the master bathroom tile was ice cold; a couple extra rugs would be nice). It was just my husband and I and our dog – she enjoyed all the big windows and multiple sunny spots to lay in. The morning we left, there was a huge herd of elk on the front lawn. They were beautiful to watch and it was a perfect ending to our getaway. We only live an hour away so I know we’ll rent this house again.
