This is the perfect house for my husband and me! So close to the entrance to the park and restaurants but in an extremely quiet neighborhood. After hiking we just wanted to rest at night and sit outside and look at the stars. The house was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We loved our stay and the deer that visited each morning.
We were a family of 6 and had a great stay at the cabin. Like other reviewers mentioned before, the approach road is kind of a downer. Other than that, the nonstick pots & pans were largely unusable on account of being old/heavily scraped when we got there, but management was responsive and replaced them with a Ceramic set on our second day there.
Cozy, clean cabin in a great location. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed, the deck was the best spot to eat and watch wildlife. We saw multiple elk and deer.
We took our 4 grandsons. Ages 4 to 11. It was a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable for 6 people. The road to the house is steep. We saw a baby elk, and elk or deer everyday. We also saw a marmot.
It was a cute home with a great deck and wild life. The kitchen was stocked nicely. The furniture wasnât very comfortable and the tv was complicated but the property manager was great and came over and helped us. The downstairs bed was terrible and the tv did not work. I probably wouldnât stay there again for that reason. However, I like a king size bed and a mattress that isnât hard. We enjoyed our stay there with friends! Iâve been going to Estes for 64 years and stayed all over Estes and this was a nice location.
Located just about a 10 minute walk from town. Driveway is dirt/gravel and quite steep. Everything was functional. Kitchen and bath could use some updating, but it is a cabin :)
Had a wonderful visit. Nice deck and we had a family of deer who visited everyday. The last section of road is not paved. Pretty bumpy so be prepared. The 9-year old liked itđ try out the Barrel for some cold beer and eat from a food truck. The pizza truck was there the night we visited. Itâs very near the cabin.
We have visited Estes and RMNP numerous times and it never disappoints!
We had a very relaxing trip at this property. The views were great along with daily visits by deer in the area. The deck is perfect for just relaxing and taking in the view. The master bedroom was great with it's own bathroom. The living room and kitchen was very nice and nicely equipped. There is a hall bath and a bedroom/bath downstairs. The spiral staircase to the downstairs is really steep. The bottom level was a bit basic and the TV there is only for gaming. Wifi was great. The road in and out is pretty steep and rutted. An SUV is probably best. Checking was super easy. We would defintely return.
Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well stocked with china, glassware and utensils. Lower level TV did not have a remote. There was a gas fireplace with 2 remotes that didnât work and no instructions. The last 50 yards of road is gravel and very steep. Hard to climb even with 4-wheel drive.
The RVBO had a very nice treed lot above Estes Park. It's a quiet area with good mountains views.
The property and home was well cared for and stocked perfectly with many amenities for quest.
The only ding would be not being informed about the steep and slightly ungraded road leading to the house. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!
Great place to stay. Quiet area but able to walk to downtown. The unpaved road and driveway were a bit of challenge to navigate at first. We had twin fawns and a mother elk visit us and stay in the yard all afternoon
