Welcome to our home with an inviting foyer and your first Wow glimpses of the Olympic Mountains through the Living Room. Coat hooks to hang your coats and fleece layers, depending on the weather. A craftsman designed staircase with cut glass windows and board and batten wainscoting wraps up to the 2nd floor.

Kitchen - 1st Floor
The magazine-featured kitchen includes a 12-foot natural cherry wood island for breakfast/lunch, meal prep, serving, and socializing. Modern appliances, granite counters, and Simon Pierce pottery ware. There’s also a comfortable breakfast nook for coffee and morning sun overlooking the front garden patio and entry.

The dining room table comfortably adjusts to seat from 6-12 guests with floor to ceiling doors and westerly views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains and steps out onto brick patio with a gas grill for entertaining. There’s also an outdoor dining table and chairs for 6-12 guests for outdoor options.

Living Room - 1st Floor
The formal Living room features a gas fireplace with comfortable seating to enjoy the same westerly mountain views with french doors that open to the deck with comfortable patio furniture and sun umbrellas if needed. The home features comfortable chairs, sofas, beautiful heirloom rugs and early American furniture.

TV Family Room/Library - 1st Floor
The comfortable TV Room/Library room just off the Living room features a large TV with the same westerly views and a fireplace. There is internet / WIFI access throughout the home and both streaming and cable television service.

The half bath is conveniently located off the Foyer hall and Living Room area.

Seating Room - 2nd Floor
The second floor features a comfortable sofa, chairs and seating area that opens up to a 2nd floor deck with full views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains, perfect for quiet or work space away for the 1st floor if needed. The stairs wind their way up to the 3rd floors from the seating area.

Primary Bedroom 1 (King Bed) and Full Bathroom - 2nd Floor
This bedroom features a natural cherry fireplace mantle with gas fireplace and tile surround with seating and a full view of the Sound and Mountains. The room also opens to the 2nd floor deck. The primary bedroom connects to a beautiful tiled bathroom with two sinks, marble counters, walk-in shower, dressing mirrors, separate clawfoot tub and toilet areas.

Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed) - 2nd Floor
This bedroom overlooks the front garden courtyard and has it’s own walk out deck on the 2nd floor with morning sun, a desk and early American furniture.

Bedroom 3 (Twin or Queen Bed) - 2nd Floor
This bedroom has a twin bed and seating area overlooking the Queen Anne Boulevard from the second floor. A Queen Bed could be substituted if more guests are expected.

Bedroom 4 (Queen Bed) - 2nd Floor
This bedroom features some of the most sweeping views of the home with windows all around and a separate door to the 2nd floor deck. There is also a desk in this room for quiet space if needed.

Full Bathroom - 2nd Floor
The 2nd floor features a large full bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and 2 sinks, beautifully tiled with two sinks, marble counters, shared with bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.

Third Floor
Open floor with a bedroom at one end, a TV/living room and desk at center and free weights, gym equipment at the other end.
