Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Upper Queen Anne, this spacious three bedroom (plus bonus 4th bedroom with pullout for guests) has all you’ll need to be comfortable. This classic home boasts international award-winning master craftsmanship blending traditional style with modern features. This is a chef’s gourmet kitchen with Sub-zero refrigerator and brand new quartz counters. There is a huge flat screen TV, built in surround sound, and you’ll have key less entry access. Heated floors throughout the house and a multi-level built in vacuum system.

This is ground zero in the heart of the Queen Anne Community - you can walk to everything! From this home, you can see and walk to the Farmer's Market, and you are just one block from Queen Anne Ave N. On the Ave, you will find plenty of shopping, cafes, and restaurants. You’re also only a block from the park and the playground, community swimming pool etc.

Such a great location. We enjoyed our stay with 8 family members. The house is beautiful and the backyard was perfect for lounging after a long day exploring Olympic NP and downtown Seattle. Summer was a terrific host!

Family time in Seattle

We rented this lovely home for a long weekend in Seattle. The home was unique and beautiful. The location was perfect for all of the activities we had planned. We were very happy with the ability to walk to some restaurants and the grocery store, and the ample parking was a big plus.

Perfect place

Queen Anne is an ideal location and the house and host were both top notch. It has a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable and quiet bedrooms. Great restaurants and beautiful views all in walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again and highly recommend it.

6 women in our 70s- high school friends - we all thoroughly enjoyed this house. Great place to come back to after enjoying Seattle. The neighborhood is adorable. We didn’t have to walk far for dining, groceries or a beautiful view at Kerry Park. This house has been beautifully restored. We appreciated all it offered and the host accommodating us whenever we had a request. We all agreed it deserves 5 stars.

Queen Anne Arts and Crafts

We (all eight of us!) were so happy with the house. It had just enough bedrooms and baths for us to coordinate our time in Seattle. The house is conveniently located with restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is also plenty of parking and we were surprised by a summer farmer’s market right next door! We had a wonderful time in Seattle and this house is the perfect home base. It is beautifully decorated. We loved relaxing on both porches.

This house/neighborhood is perfect

We came to town to see the Mariners and site see and this house was perfect! The neighborhood blew us away! Nice little restaurants that are all within walking distance. We were around a 10-15 minute drive from downtown and a lot of the sites! If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood close to all the sites, this is it!!!!

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

We frequently visit return to Seattle to spend holidays with family and have continued our holiday hosting - this time it was to host Thanksgiving - and we found out perfect spot with this house Great location, well equipped, comfortable and charming . Perfect location for family adventures

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was also quite cozy and well decorated with great colors and style. Each person in our group of six had a comfy place to sleep with there being four bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. The outdoor space was also lovely and peaceful. The host, Summer was very responsive and kind. I would definitely reccomend and stay again.

Fantastic home and neighborhood

My husband and I had a wonderful time spent with his parents and it was only made more wonderful spending the last 3 nights in this very well maintained home. It was super clean, the back porch was a lovely spot to sit with coffee or wine, all rooms were very spacious. If we ever get back to Seattle we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if available. Truly a fantastic home in a fantastic neighborhood!

Beautiful & Spacious

This is home is gorgeous. We were in Seattle for a huge family reunion. We had 5 adults in our family that stayed here. Host left detail instructions that were easy to follow. Neighborhood is wonderful with easy access to shops for food & groceries. I would recommend this place for any group or large family visiting the Seattle area.

Absolutely Perfect

I can’t say enough incredible things about this gorgeous Queen Anne home! This 1900s home is in perfect condition, and the backyard is stunning. Close enough to all the action, but still quiet and far enough away to feel like a small town. Summer truly thought of everything, and was very responsive. I can’t wait to come back to this property!

Lovely long weekend

This house is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed in. The house was adorable, well maintained, and surprisingly well stocked with spices, kitchen equipment, and towels & toiletries. The neighborhood is very friendly and walkable, and the house is only a block or so from many shops and restaurants. Uber and Lyft never seemed far away, making renting a car unnecessary. The owner was thoughtful and responsive. The fourth bedroom, which was a pullout couch, was very comfortable. We will definitely try to rent this house again on the next trip to Seattle.

This home is a GEM!

We stayed in this lovely home with our 3 preteen grandchildren for one week. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and very clean. Having two washing machines & dryers was wonderful. Summer was responsive and provided great information about the Queen Anne neighborhood and restaurants. There is an amazing farmer’s market right outside our door on Thursdays and we could walk to sites including Seattle Center. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and location.

Wow. This is the cutest house ever. Amazing all the way around. Old world charm mixed with modern upgrades. From the den to the amazing kitchen to the great bedrooms to the great basement to the great yard. Set in the middle of Queen Anne, it’s 1 block from amazing coffee shops, bakery’s and great restaurants. Sadly we were there only 4 days but if we even make it back this will 100% be our home base.

Hi there! We are Summer and Jeff Trisler. We have been the owners of this happy home in the heart of Queen Anne for many years. Summer (a former actress on Broadway and on the West End of London) works in early childhood music education spreading the joy of music to children and their families, while Jeff, a concert promoter, gives them the music to enjoy and love. This is a very special and light filled home encompassing many happy memories of family and friends, that is sure to bring joy and comfort to any who inhabit it.

It was important for us to be near all the amenities of city life, but feel like we were in a close community neighborhood. Queen Anne was our answer. Walkable to everything, close to theatre, museums and downtown, without being downtown. There have been many happy memories made in this beautiful house.
