Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony, and bright, welcoming interiors designed for both rest and gathering. Although the apartments are not interconnected, they sit side by side and share the same level access. Guests can enjoy the rooftop pool with ocean views, a modern gym, underground parking, and 24-hour security.

There is a construction nearby that can produce some noise from Monday to Friday from 7AM to 7PM and on Saturday from 8AM to 2PM

Visitors are welcome as long as we are notified in advance. Loud music is not permitted after 10 p.m., and we ask that you keep noise levels to a moderate level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Do not climb on the couches with shoes on. No pets allowed
