Hello Sunshine! This Surprise house boasts of 3 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, a queen bed, and a bunk bed that has a twin bed over a full, perfect for families or groups. With 2 full bathrooms, primary bathroom features a relaxing bathtub. Guests enjoy comfort and convenience throughout their stay. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to unwind after a day of adventure, while the charming layout makes it easy to feel right at home. Whether you're gathering for meals or relaxing in the cozy living spaces, or playing in the backyard oasis, this terrific house offers a welcoming retreat. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

This is our home as well, we care for it like a home, not a rental, we stay here. We want to be comfortable; we want you to be comfortable.

This listing is for the entire home including the private backyard with fence, swimming pool (heating is free), hot tub, patio area and built-in propane gas barbecue grill.
The home is 2100 square feet, furnished with coastal decor and plenty of space for you to relax. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.

No pets, smoking inside, parties or events.
Must be 25 to rent, must be willing to provide proof of age.
No pets allowed. We have people that are deathly allergic to pet hair. If you have an animal, this is not the best house for you. If you bring an animal, you will be charged a $500 service fee for extra cleaning.
Please do not bring an animal.

Primary bedroom (main floor) with King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, shower and a soaker bathtub, large walk-in closet, all on main floor.
Guest bedroom 1 (2nd floor), one Queen sized bed.
Guest bedroom 2 (2nd floor), one Full sized bed and a bunk bed, twin over full.
Additional full guest bathroom on the second floor and half bath on the main floor.

5 TV's throughout the home, each bedroom has a tv is equipped with Roku device for you to stream your favorite movies or shows. Just be sure to enter your stay so that you get automatically logged out the day of your departure.

iPhone chargers and Apple Watch chargers in the bedrooms.

Open kitchen area, granite counters, a ton of counter space and 6 counter stools.
Toaster oven, blender, coffee pot and coffee, toaster, waffle maker, all the utensils and tableware you need.
Large open family room and quiet loft area.
A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner are also available.
I do not require you to clean before checking out. You already pay a cleaning fee for that.
Driveway can accommodate 2 cars.
Unfortunately, the garage in unavailable for use.

This home is in a VERY quiet and laid-back neighborhood. We have many Hummingbird feeders. Sit out front or back in peace and quiet and watch the Hummingbirds!

POOL:
This is a sports pool. About 4 feet on each end, deeper in the middle. Perfect for water sports!
Lounge chairs, pool floaties, goggles, sunscreen, beach towels, water ball racquets available.
FREE Heated Pool!
The pool is self cleaning, no hoses to worry about!
*Please note: The pool heater relies on the ambient air temperature. If it is very cold outside, the pool may not get up to temps that you expect. To maintain the temperature of the pool please recover when not in use.

The home is located near the White Tank Mountain Regional Park (slight mountain view from the backyard), which offers great hiking!
Close to Phoenix International Raceway, and 18 miles from Glendale Stadium.
Surprise is home to the Southwest's largest tennis and racquet complexes, professionally designed golf courses, an urban fishing lake & aquatic center.
Each spring our population explodes when we welcome the Kansas City Royals, the Texas Rangers, and many others during Spring Training!

REMINDERS:
*Noise ordinance set in place for 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
*Previous guests have been caught throwing food and garbage over the fence into the neighbors' yard. This is not allowed.
PLEASE DON'T THROW ANYTHING OVER THE FENCE. THERE WILL BE A FINE OF $200 AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CHECK OUT IMMEDIATELY.
*Vendors such as pool, landscape, pest control, etc. may have access to the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
*Please note: This home does have cameras at the front door and the gate to the backyard.
