Located within walking distance to the Surprise Marketplace, you'll find a number of restaurants and shops including Target, Red Lobster, and Olive Garden. Sprout's Market, Walmart, Longhorn Steakhouse, IHOP, Five Guys Burgers and many others are
located just a few blocks away.

For the sports fan, enjoy Spring Training and baseball tournaments at the Surprise Stadium, home to Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers just a short 5-minutes away. For the golf fanatic, there are many excellent golf courses in Surprise and surrounding area, while race fans will enjoy the short commute to the Phoenix International Raceway for Indy and NASCAR races.

For those who prefer nature to sports, Lake Pleasant has a variety of water sports and other outdoor activities available and only about 30 minutes away. Or take a bike ride, enjoy horseback riding or hike the trails at the White Tank Mountain Regional Park.

After an exciting day exploring, the luxurious backyard is sure to be your favorite place to relax and unwind with the gated, private pool and in-ground spa, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and eating bar with 4 bar stools, outdoor dining table, and firepit table with swivel rockers. (Propane tanks are included, however propane fuel is guest's responsibility.) Enjoy a lazy summer day in the hammock, cool off and relax under the pool umbrellas or sit pool-side in the lounge chairs. (PLEASE NOTE: the pool / hot tub can be heated for an additional fee between October 1st - April 30th. Our pool depths range from 4 Ft. to 7 Ft, making this home more suitable for adults and teens, however all ages are welcome. )

All bedrooms have queen beds and plenty of storage space. The living room features a 65” smart TV. The master BR and BR #2 have 55” flat screen smart TV's (no TV in BR#3). The master bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower (no bathtub); while Bath #2 has a tub/shower combo. This home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by our cleaning staff between bookings and basic supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers are provided.

Cable TV is provided with HBO Max, Cinemax, Showtime and Starz. Wi-fi download speeds up to 1000 Mbps (1 Gbps).

This beautifully furnished home has 1627 square feet of recently remodeled living space, with an oversized living room furnished with leather reclining sofa, loveseat and recliner. A chess table with bucket chairs offers a relaxing evening.

To maximize guest comfort, our thermostat is set to HEAT the home to 68 and COOL to 73 Deg F. We encourage the use of ceiling fans to cool the “feels like” temperature by an additional 5 degrees. The temperature settings will not be modified.

The dining room is equipped with a table for six, as well as a well-equipped sideboard with wine, whiskey and cocktail glasses, ice buckets and bartender kit. Or, mix up some margaritas with our Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Blender! For outdoor dining and drinks, we have offered a large selection of outdoor/plastic plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses and more. We encourage you to use the plasticware while outdoors, due to the pool area and lots of bare feet! For indoor dining, we have fully stocked cabinets with plates, bowls, glasses, mixing bowls, silverware, mixing utensils, as well as pots, pans, baking sheets, spice rack and more.

Please note that this home is situated on a cul-de-sac of a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask that you respect our surrounding neighbors. Parties and large events are not allowed. Please observe quiet time from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No more than six people on the property at ANY time.

This home is located in the fly-over zone for Luke Air Force Base, and you will occasionally hear the sounds of freedom from the jets training. Although we enjoy this special treat, this may be an item to consider prior to booking. We will not issue refunds due to complaints from the jet noise.

Note: To provide an additional layer of security for our guests, this property features seven exterior security consisting of a front door Ring doorbell, one camera over front driveway, two cameras on the east side of home, two cameras on west side of home and one camera inside the garage. There are no cameras inside the home. The home is equipped with a security system and our guests are welcome to use the system during your stay.

We do love dogs and welcome well-behaved and house-trained dogs (1 dog per booking). We ask that you do not leave your pet at home alone, either indoors or outdoors. We have provided a "dog waste station" with bags to pick up after your furry friends. Please dispose of dog waste in the outside trash cans.

Our cleaning staff takes every precaution to provide a clean environment for each of our guests.

A few days before your stay, we will reach out to you with key codes and additional information including contact information for questions and concerns, emergencies, etc.
