Other Things to Note:

We are excited to welcome you to our vacation home in Glendale, Arizona. The pool heat pump will be set to 90 degrees, however, due to near freezing temperatures in the winter season and changes in weather, it may drop below the set temperature. No worries as the pool heater will be on and running 24/7 during your stay. The ideal swimming times are between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

For liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Glendale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & removal of this listing on multiple platforms.

We loved staying at this property. Our daughter was able to play from sun up to sun down and loved every minute of it. The only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable. We will definitely stay here again though, just for the amenities and for all the toddler friendly toys/etc

Perfect Family House

This house was an amazing getaway home for our family. The pool was absolutely one of our favorite parts. Very open concept house! Neighborhood was very nice and loved that it was so close to westgate! Tons of dining and shopping around. Communication with our host and co hosts was top notch and they were very attentive and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and a home we would stay at agaon!

Above and Beyond the Best!!

Best rental experience ever! The Xmas tree in the home was such a nice surprise!! I cannot say enough amazing things that make this VRBO rental home absolutely the perfect place to stay! We were visiting my children for Christmas and I had them over to cook “mom’s Xmas dinner” and little did I know that the hosts had thought of every thing one would need to prepare in their kitchen. The beds are very comfortable! The pool was heated and felt great in the chillier temps. The home is very well maintained and I definitely look forward to renting again! Thank you sooo much for an awesome family Christmas away from home.

Fun for the whole family

This property has something for everyone! Our kids’ eyes lit up when they walked in the door (and we have teenagers…that doesn’t happen very often). It’s only a couple mile walk to Westgate, if you want to avoid parking for an event. The pool was very comfortably heated even though we were there in the winter. The Crain’s messaged us several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t want for anything . We have zero complaints.We didn’t cook much. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an air fryer for left overs and a blender for margaritas…I mean smoothies ;-)

Very clean and comfy house for the whole family.

Awesome outdoor HEATED pool! The house was very clean. This large house has comfortable beds and a great layout to suit your whole family. The hosts responded quickly to questions and even let us check in 5 hours early. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Family Get Away!!

This home was perfect for everyone in the family! The pool was perfect, the kids had a blast on the playground and enjoyed the football & ping pong table. Plenty of board games, complimentary coffee amenities and loved cooking breakfast on the Blackstone! Can't wait to go back! Perfect clean home!

Awesome house with amazing pool!!

We had a fantastic time at this awesome house! The pool was heated so well that our kids were able to enjoy hours of swimming even when the weather was 50 degrees and rainy. The inside of the house provided lots of fun as well (ping pong and foosball) and everything was provided for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Awesome house

We stayed here to visit family and spring training. Great location—close to all major stores, outlet, and the stadium dodgers were playing at. The house was super clean and kid friendly (we had a 3 yo and 5yo) and there was a playground and swimming pool w gated fencing all around which gave us peace of mind. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the hosts were also very prompt to responding. We would def book again for future trips!

Comfortable, walking distance to stadium

This house was perfect for our group of six adults attending an event at State Farm stadium. The stadium is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the house and we spent much of our time enjoying the pool and large gathering areas. Although we did not have children with us, the house was well equipped for small children and would be perfect for a family. It was very clean and the check-in process was easy.

Spring Break

Our family’s stay at this vacation rental was exceptional! The host was kind and very hospitable. This location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. The game room and pool were a huge hit, providing endless entertainment and unforgettable family memories. The house itself was immaculate and well appointed, with every amenity we could’ve hoped for.
