Early Checking and Late Checkout
Early check-in is available for an additional $90 fee (depending on the availability of the unit)
Guest will be charged a late check-out fee
$25 per hour after 11 pm
Full daily rate after 3 pm

Guests must provide a valid credit card at the moment of their check-in at the front lobby that will be held on file for incidentals or damages in the amount of 250$. It is a refundable fee.

Beach and Pool Service
At the beach, the resort service will provide two chairs, an umbrella and towels.
At the pool, attendants will provide guests with towels.

Bathroom Supplies
We provide curated amenity kits and towels.

Cleaning Supplies
We do not provide cleaning supplies, such as dishwashing soap, sponges, and paper towels.
We do not restock bathroom supplies, such as toilet paper and soap.
You can find these products at the convenience store located at Lyfe or in any market near us.

Smoking on property is strictly prohibited. This applies to all common areas of the property, the pool deck hallways, and the entrance ramp.
