- Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features.

microwave.

BEDROOMS: (2)
- King size bed s in both bedrooms
- 2 Queen sized sofa sleepers.
- Pac and Play and High Chair provided.

- Large Primary Bath has combination tub-shower, toilet and bidet.
- Second bathroom has combination tub-shower, toilet.
- All bathrooms are provided with a starter TP and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

GARBAGE:

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: There is a dedicated parking spot on Harrison St. marked #41 just east of the building.

Great location! Very close to the boardwalk and the beach. Had all the amenities that one needs for the beach!!! The property was clean and spacious.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very much enjoyed our week in June. Unit was large,clean and comfortable. A minute walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk on boardwalk to shops and restaurants. Excellent location. Only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and there was no table umbrella on the patio.

Excellent Stay

We came from out of state for our 50th high school reunion. Perfect place for us to sit and visit while not attending activities. Loved the walk on the beach each morning and the close proximity to many restaurants.

Hollywood beach

This is a great location, located just steps from the beach convenient to all the local restaurants. The property was exactly as advertised: large, spacious, clean. We would stay here again!

The amenities were very little. Place had stains on furnishings and the bath towels were also stained. Not well kept. No bathroom amenities like shower gel shampoos and conditioner. Cheap paper towels. Wasn't happy with my overall experience especially fir the price. Wint be staying there again.

Annual Hollywood vacation.

The condo is exactly the way the pictures show. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores. We would stay here again.

Great location

While the building is older the location is great. Steps from the beach and broad walk. We stayed at Margaritaville several years ago but this was great to have some space. Beds were very comfortable. Lighting is old and needs updated as previously stated. They have tall fold up chairs for the beach- like you’d take to a kids soccer game- so a little bummed they were not actually beach chairs. Plenty of towels. No shampoo or conditioner or soap for shower.

Nice place to stay

This was a really nice unit. Spacious, nice size kitchen, big bedrooms, livingroom. The patio was nice. Overall, it was a very nice stay. Only thing I would suggest is updating the lighting. If you didn't have it just right, they all flickered. The bathroom could use a little more counter space. We had a great time. Thanks!

Fabulous Property & Location

Property is excellent. The condo is huge! Stunning views from the balcony you can see the ocean and inter coastal. Walking distance to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and theatre. Many restaurants nearby. Condo is quiet and safe we had the pool to ourselves. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the furniture was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect. Week in Hollywood at Penthouse

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was as described. I saw that several people commented about the dark kitchen. It was dark. Not sure why brighter light has not been installed. I had to buy wash cloths as none were provided. If you are going to use the pool, be sure to get the gate code. We were not given it but ran into the maintenance guy. He gave it to us. The pool had a lot of algae and the pump was not on/working so it was over chlorinated. The location is very close to the beach and a few bars. The outside deck is nice. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at this property. The location was amazing having a baby with us. The beach and boardwalk were steps away. It was easy to catch an uber anywhere we wanted to go, but there is a parking space if you had a car. Entry to the building an uint were very easy. We arrived and there was only one beach chair and no highchair as the listing said so i contacted Val and within hours someone brought us brand new beach chairs and brand new highchair. Her communication was quick and detailed, from before our stay all the way through our stay. The unit was clean, the full size kitchen was amazing. We also loved the balcony and view if the ocean. We will definitely be staying at another one of Vals properties in the future. I would recommend this to anyone on the fence of booking.

Within 20 minutes of walking in the door my feet were black! Yuck obviously had not been mopped. I found a microfiber dust mop and did what I could to help the situation. Also the bathtub drains were not functioning properly. Water above your ankles by the time the shower was done eeewww. Other than that it was a great getaway spot.

Near Beach and Broadwalk

This property is in an older condo building. The stairwell always had a musty old building odor. The unit itself is large with big rooms. The unit was cleaned with Pine sol or something similar leaving a strong residual odor during our stay. The bathrooms have more modern fixtures but they are very basic. The kitchen is very nice and equipped with what we needed. Nice towels were provided. The televisions get very limited channels that don’t include any of the current major network shows. The bed mattresses are very very soft. There are rules about the lowest setting you can use for the air conditioner (I believe it was 74). There are overhead fan/lights in the bedrooms.There are also noise rules which could be problematic if children are staying in the unit. The location of the unit is one half block from broadwalk down toward the southern end. It is the less commercial area. One parking space is provided for the unit. The outdoor pool is very small. We did not use it.This unit is on the third floor and there is a small elevator. Number codes are given to yo to get into the building and to enter the condo. There is no safe in the condo.There was no in person contact with the rental agent. All communication was done through email, phone or text messages.

Hollywood VRBO Stay

When arriving it was very easy to find, our Uber driver had no issues! The unit is located in an older apartment building. I emailed a couple days prior to our check in date asking about an early check in and I was told to reach back out closer to my check in date, I then reached out the day before checking in… I was sent a link with a blank webpage! Communication is definitely not the greatest.. A kind neighbor let us store our luggage and rest a bit, since our flight got in around 10am and check in was at 4pm. The unit was very spacious inside and out!! Cons- No hooks anywhere(for towels, clothes, etc), the lights flicker if they are not set properly, located a bit far from all the action, and bedroom has loud air conditioning unit in closet Pros- Very close walk to the beach, A lot of restaurants nearby, Uber is fast, and pool was relaxing. Overall, I would book this place again if I was looking for a calm beach vacation.

Deck cleaning suggestion

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and tidy. One suggestion is to clean/wash the outdoor deck. We were tracking dirt and dust from our feet into the house and had to be sure to wear shoes when using the deck to prevent black dirty feet.

Our winter getaway !!

We decided on our vacation impromptu and fortunately found this property on VRBO. We couldn’t ask for a better location in Hollywood beach. It is a vary spacious accommodation. The beds were very comfortable with very clean sheets and pillows. The linen closet was stacked with clean towels as well. A little more light in the kitchen would be better. Overall a great place and our family of four enjoyed every bit.

Reviewer Comments: Exactly like the description and it was clean.But it would be nice to put at least 2 glasses of wine and not in plastic.Each time I was writing to ValGal rentals for question, they were answering to look in the instructions. It was not a good customer service. But when we called for a problem with the shower they answered rapidly to send someone.
