Finca Solimar is located in the rural countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in an area with mostly holiday homes. The fine sandy beach is at only approx. 5 kilometres distance. The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 2,5 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Villa Sol Roma is a comfortable country house and all built on one level. The house offers a lounge/dining area with wood burning stove and a separate, fully fitted kitchen with laundry room. On the other side of the hall there is a corridor giving access to a double bedroom, two twins and a full bathroom with shower cabin. The second bathroom with shower cabin is outside, next to the pool.

Finca Solimar is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden and offers a large pool. The terraces are furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table. There is also a brick-built BBQ. The terraces offer spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and the Puig de Maria mountain.

Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week. Extra days can be added, but not in peak season.
Weekly cleaning and linen change are included in the price.
