Semi-detached house by the sea, completely renovated and with wonderful sea views. The house offers three bedrooms and a private pool in the area of Es Forti - Cala D'Or, Mallorca.

The house is spread over two floors, the furniture in neutral colors with accented splashes of color gives the interior of the house a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms and the kitchen are kept in vintage style.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a pantry, in which the washing machine and dryer are located. The dining room gives access to a terrace overlooking the garden. The living area is very cozy and has a reading corner, both have access to the covered main terrace with a view of the pool and the sea. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. There are three double rooms on the first floor. One of them offers an en suite shower room and a private balcony with incredible sea views. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a bathtub and access to a balcony overlooking the garden.

The pool offers sea views, the terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers. Access to the rocks.
