🗑️ Trash & Disposal: For your convenience, a large trash bin is available on-site in the parking lot. Trash pickup occurs every Thursday. Please ensure all trash is properly disposed of.

🌡️ Summer Heat Advisory: Tucson summers can be intense. AC system is designed for comfort but may take longer to cool during peak heat.
