The Space:

What a find- welcome to beautiful and sunny Tempe, Arizona! Our lovely single story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect getaway near all the tourism must-sees, and many restaurants and bars, indoor and outdoor excursions, shopping, and so much more. With sleeping space for 8 among 4 beds, enjoy our newly renovated home featuring a comfortable living space, dining area, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, and bathrooms stocked with towels and toiletries (no need to bring your own!).



Step inside a thoughtfully designed, single-level retreat boasting three spacious bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms. In the living area, gather around a Vizio 72" Smart TV, where your favorite shows come to life with vibrant clarity. The master bedroom offers a king bed with fine linens perfect for a restful sleep, while the other bedrooms provide sumptuous comfort with a queen bed and two full-size beds.



The gourmet kitchen is your culinary canvas, with granite countertops and state-of-the-art appliances ensuring every meal is a masterpiece. Whether brewing a morning espresso with our Keurig or preparing a dinner feast using the stainless-steel oven and blender, culinary desires meet their match here.



Our outdoor oasis backyard is the perfect place for gatherings with your group! We are happy to offer a sparkling private swimming pool to help beat the Arizona heat, lounge chairs for relaxing with your favorite drink of choice, a propane BBQ grill for the chef in your group, a one hole putting green, basketball hoop out front, and more.
