Upon entering the home, guests will be greeted by a light and bright living room furnished with plenty of comfy seating and a flatscreen TV - an ideal spot to watch the big game or unwind after a day at Spring Training.



Around the corner is a lovely open and modern kitchen. The cook in the group will enjoy whipping up home-cooked meals with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Prefer to dine alfresco? There is a mini fridge and built-in BBQ outside – the perfect spot to prepare and grill some burgers for the crew.



End the night with a quick dip in the pool or take a relaxing soak under the stars in the large hot tub.



Weary after an adventure-filled day, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king, the 2nd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a sofa couch, and a desk - ideal for any kids needing a quiet space to do some homework or anyone working remotely. All bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with flatscreen TVs. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers.



The home also has a washer and dryer. Throw in a load after hitting the trails at Usery Mountain Regional Park or spending a day at Sagura Lake.



Mesa is the ultimate desert playground. Nature lovers will enjoy stunning views and plenty of outdoor pursuits, foodies can explore Arizona’s food heritage on the Fresh Food Trails of Mesa, history buffs can explore a multitude of different museums, and sports fans won’t strike out during Spring Training where they can cheer on 15 MLB teams.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.



This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
