Discover modern updates and new furnishings throughout its 1,555-square-foot interior. Paradise Valley Mall and Stonecreek Golf Club are less than two miles from your door and shops and restaurants of Old Town await within a 20-minute drive.

Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make it easy to prepare your favorite meals in the updated kitchen. A roomy side-by-side fridge, a gas range, and a Keurig coffee maker add to the overall appeal. Gather at the elegant dining table to share special meals together.

Socialize in style in the living room, furnished with a contemporary sectional and a pair of posh club chairs. Screen a new film on the large TV after a day spent out exploring the city. As an additional perk be sure to utilize the home's private washer/dryer.

The stay was good and very adequate for our needs.We liked the location as it was close to grocery store etc. The children with us enjoyed the pool but the slide seemed a bit rickety and unsafe. We missed a toaster in the kitchen. Also did not find a broom or vacuum so clean up was more difficultOverall a good stay

House was wonderful. Great for our party. Only things I would change is the suite bathroom did not have any bathroom door so no privacy in the bathroom. Also, the hot water took a very long time to get hot so a lot of water wasted. I Would highly recommend this listing. Clean and beautiful space. Beautiful pool and patio. Spacious living area and very nice kitchen nicely equipped for cooking needs. Nice coffee options for both pods and ground or whole bean coffee.

Very cozy, feels like home!

Summer Lovin is one of my favorite places to stay in Phoenix. The pool and pool area are great to catch some sun or just enjoy morning coffee with a beautiful view. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, the living spaces are comfortable and the beds are cozy.

Extremely Family Friendly

We highly recommend this property for large families. Rooms were every accommodating for a multi- family vacation stay. We had our 3 adult daughters and their children (5 kids) stay comfortably. This property has many amenities and a beautiful pool. We loved that this property is centrally located in the Phoenix area.

Great Getaway

The house had everything we needed! Super clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The back yard was very relaxing! Pool was amazing! Oranges were ripe, so we enjoyed fresh orange juice each morning! Close to everything we needed. We will be back for sure😊!

Fine place to stay

This was a fine place to stay. My only issue was that the listing said 3 bedrooms had queen beds. Only 2 were queens and 1 was a full. For our group the bed configuration was a big part of how I picked this place. Other than that it was a very nice place and suited us just fine.

The check in process was difficult as the battery on the keypad needed to be changed. The grill was disgusting It was further from Mayo Clinic than advertised Otherwise it was as advertised

The house was fine, but the cleanliness was unacceptable

Overall I would say our stay was OK. The backyard area was the highlight of the house. The pool was large, and the waterslide was really fun for the kids (and adults). The inside of the house, however, is a different story. There is a pungent odor that hits you the second you walk in, we couldn't really identify it but it was strong. The biggest issue regarding cleanliness/sanitation was the dried blood we found in the master bedroom when we checked in. The comforter on the bed had at least 10+ spots of dried blood on it, and the door to that room had blood smears above the knob on both sides of it. We reported this disgusting issue right away, however, it took the rental company a full 48 hrs. to resolve it. That is 2 days of our vacation that we will never get back.

Lovely but problematic

The inside of the home is lovely, but one side of the backyard is littered with empty boxes and garbage. I had to build a barrier so that my dogs couldn’t get into it. The pool heater was broken for more than a week. In January, this made the pool unusable. I was told I would receive credits because of this, but I haven’t seen them. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for more than a week. I asked management for a refund for the extra phone data I had to use to access the web, but I didn’t receive a response. The washing machine left my clothes smelling moldy. Lots of little things: There’s a big red splotch on the TV screen when it is turned on. The front door has a visible gap even when it is closed. The kitchen garbage bin needs a lid. The fruit tree in the backyard meets the roof, providing a possible route for rats to access the home. I was woken one morning halfway through my stay by the cleaning crew, who mistakenly thought I was checking out. I wasn’t told that someone would be coming to take out the garbage can once a week. It was a little alarming to hear someone enter the backyard and move the garbage cans (because who would do that?). The landscaping crew came on a different day than I was told.

The pool heater and WiFi have been addressed, and we do hope the compensation provided for these issues helps alleviate some of your disappointment. The washing machine works well when not overloaded, but we will be speaking with the homeowner about replacing the TV and addressing the fruit tree. Thank you!
