The Space:

This Tuscan villa sits on a verdant hill, offering stunning 360-degree views. It merges traditional Tuscan architecture—speckled stones, hand-chinked beams, terracotta tiles—with modern, livable spaces. Inside, vaulted ceilings, arched doorways, and Mediterranean flair create a warm, welcoming ambiance. Bedrooms range from ornate, canopy-crowned rooms to simple, Scandinavian-inspired bunk rooms for kids, plus a separate pool-house suite for two. The bathrooms feature soaking tubs, patterned tiles, and a spa-like atmosphere. The common areas are stylish and inviting, enhanced by modern furnishings, sculptural art and contemporary chandeliers. Outdoors, shaded porticos, sun-drenched terraces and an infinity pool overlook manicured lawns, olive groves and flower-filled gardens.



Guest Access:

The main house accommodates up to eight guests. The ground floor features a spacious sitting room with a fireplace opening to a terrace and herb garden, a vaulted kitchen with a dining area, a cloakroom, laundry, and walk-in wardrobe. Upstairs, there is a master en-suite bedroom (with bathtub and separate shower), a second en-suite bedroom (bathtub and double shower), a fireplace and terrace, a double bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The Pool Guest House offers a large open-plan space with a sitting area, double bed, en-suite bathroom (shower), and kitchen/dining area. The Extra Suite includes a sitting room, kitchen, and double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, accommodating two additional guests.

Located just four kilometers from Casole d’Elsa, this villa offers access to a charming hill town known for its terracotta stonework, historic churches, and art center. The small community is home to family-run eateries, wine-focused cafes, and artisanal shops, along narrow, flower-lined streets. The villa is perfectly positioned for gastronomical adventures with nearby traditional restaurants, including a two-star Michelin dining experience. It’s also a great base for exploring Tuscany’s cultural gems like San Gimignano, Volterra, and the bustling Siena, each offering a unique slice of history and architecture.



Getting Around:

The villa is located in Casole d’Elsa, Tuscany, Italy, 65km from the nearest airport in Florence. The seaside is an hour and a half drive through beautiful vineyards, while Volterra and the renowned walled town of San Gimignano are both just 30km away. Siena, a hub of medieval charm and modern delights, is also a short drive from the estate. The villa’s location provides easy access to the Chianti wine region, with plenty of opportunities for wine tasting, vineyard tours, and food exploration.
