Please note that the window AC unit is only in the primary bedroom. With all doors and windows closed it does however have enough capacity to reach the main living area. The home does have ceiling fans and we can provide a portable fan for the second bedroom in case of any seasonal heat waves.

There is a wall furnace in the main living area for heating the entire home.
