● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

Inside, Beachside Cottage features an open-concept layout with soft coastal décor and plenty of natural light. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything you need for home-cooked meals during your Galveston getaway. Guests love the main-level bedroom and bathroom, making this a great option for multigenerational trips or anyone who prefers to avoid an additional flight of stairs.

On the upper level you walk into a game room with a fun pool table/ping pong table combo. Three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms are also on this top level. Two of the bedrooms each feature two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The master bedroom features a king bed with en-suite bathroom.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Surveillance Camera: There are 3 exterior cameras. 2 overlooking the front yard and entrance and 1 overlooking the backyard.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No pets allowed.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- NO oversized vehicles of any kind per HOA regulations.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
