Relax by the pool after a fun day at the beach or explore the vibrant Historic Downtown Strand where you will find plenty of shopping and dining options. Location: Centrally located on the east end of Galveston Island, Texas, just five minutes from The Strand.

Beach access: Less than a 3 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend

Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

Parking: There is room for 3 cars on the street, plus 2 more in the alley.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm, open layout! The inviting living room features a comfy sectional sofa perfect for movie nights, right next to the dining area with a spacious table for group meals. Prepare delicious feasts in the well-equipped kitchen with a large island and ample counter space. A convenient half bath sits just off the dining room.

On this floor, you'll also find two bedrooms. One offers a king-size bed and a twin, ideal for families. The other boasts two queen-size beds, perfect for additional guests.

Head upstairs and discover the luxurious primary suite! This haven features a king-size bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with both a shower and a clawfoot tub. There's another room with a king-size bed and a twin, plus two additional bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements. Finally, the game room doubles as a fun sleeping space with two double beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Venture outside and create lasting memories! Relax by the cozy firepit with seating, lay out by the pool, or gather around the large deck for al fresco meals using the provided table. Let the fun and relaxation begin at Heart of It All!

- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
