- Plush, oversized sectional arranged around a sleek fireplace and flat screen streaming TV with HBO and sports package
- Seamless open-concept design connecting the living space to the kitchen and dining area
KITCHEN/DINING:
- Fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware for effortless meal preparation
- Beautifully renovated with modern finishes and updated with major and small appliances
- Center island with seating for four, perfectly positioned to enjoy unobstructed oceanfront views

PARKING:
Tandem parking includes one garage space and one covered carport space directly behind on the right side. Compact to mid-size vehicles only. Neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Park once and explore the peninsula on foot or by bike along the scenic six-mile beachfront boardwalk or Seashore Drive pathâno car required.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear and recreational equipment are available for rent from management at very reasonable rates for our guests, including large ice chests, wagons, Pack' n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
