This beautiful oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, upper duplex located on the boardwalk has gorgeous views of the ocean, Balboa Pier, Catalina Island and sunsets. The large oceanfront balcony is the ideal perch for enjoying cool ocean breezes and breathtaking views.

The living area is light and bright, with a marble fireplace, flat panel TV and Tommy Bahama style furnishings. A couch and several comfy side chairs provide seating for the whole family to relax after a long day at the beach. The dining area with the same amazing views and a beautiful glass-topped table and tropical chairs. The tiled kitchen is beautifully equipped with a mirrored refrigerator and all the essentials, including a dishwasher. There are several bar stools for fast casual meals at the counter. A half bath is located just steps away from the kitchen at the base of the steps to the hallway next to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The home has 3 bedrooms the master suite has a king bed and a beautifully tiled bathroom with a luxurious tub and separate walk-in shower, both with bay views! The first guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the rear bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted flat panel TV and harbor and city views. The shared hall bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. Next door, a laundry room contains a full-size washer and dryer.

Outdoor space accents the home’s living space. Views from the deck patio include the Balboa Pier and all points southeast and northwest to Palos Verdes.

Extra perks include tandem parking for two cars in the garage.

The beach is at your feet, the bay just steps away at this well-located vacation rental. The home is situated a short stroll from the Balboa Pier, Balboa Pavilion and surrounding boutiques and eateries. Options for family fun abound in Balboa!

Oceanfront views on Balboa Peninsula

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and the views were unbeatable. The location was nice with decent street parking in addition to the garage. We did not park in the garage as it was a tight fit but used it for our rental bikes and surf boards which was handy. It was an easy walk from the home to the pier, some restaurants and the fun zone area. The location on the boardwalk was perfect for walks and biking. The home's decor was pretty dated but we found that was easily overlooked for the view and location.

Property was clean and beautiful. Great area on the boardwalk if you want to be close to restaurants/shops without being exposed to everything that comes w that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is right on the beach. A short walk across the boardwalk is all it takes to get to the sand. The view from the top deck is fantastic. Perfect place to watch all of the Junior Lifeguard Action! The amenities were sufficient for cooking in when needed. Great open area for hanging out with family. The waves at C street can get quite large. Just be aware when swimming with small children. Great location for fun zone, and fairy to Balboa Island. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, on the beach, near the pier. I would have expected the place to be cleaner, especially during COVID. There was dirt and dust, which could have been prevented by a minor wipe down. Pilot light was out upon arrival, so no hot water for a full day, they said due to a faulty gas valve. I would suggest bringing your own sheets and towels as they are very low grade.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had reserved a rental through VRBO/Vacasa that was cancelled at the very last minute by Vacasa, no explanation given. I was able to call Burr White and they quickly found a new rental for me that was fantastic. The staff at Burr White was exceptional. They were professional and efficient, and the property was perfect. Great location on the beach, but within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the harbor etc. The property was immaculate and well stocked with everything we could need. Super comfortable. Skip VRBO and just call Burr White.

Great vacation rental

It was very nice to have a 2 car garage as parking around there is very difficult on weekends. The location is very close to the Ruby's Pier but far enough that we didn't hear any noise at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time staying at this house and we absolutely love it and we'll be back again. The beds are comfortable, it has all of the furnishings and kitchenware needed, and it has a clean and comfortable beach feel, not to mention the views from the 2nd level are amazing. Its a short walk to the Balboa Pier and restaurants, and far enough away that the beach in front of the house doesn't get too crowded.
