The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the patio, the scent of fresh‑cut grass mingling with the faint hum of distant laughter from the nearby theme parks. You can picture a lazy morning coffee at the dining table, plans for a day of rides forming while the kids stretch on the spacious lawn. As evening settles, the private pool glistens under the sky, inviting you to unwind with a cool dip before the night’s movie marathon in the game room.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with a king bed, offering easy access to the main living area. Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom with two queen beds, another with three queen beds, three bedrooms each with a king bed, and two bedrooms each equipped with two twin beds. In total the home provides 14 beds across nine bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 16+ guests, with linens and bathroom essentials supplied. A crib and Pack ’n Play are also available for families traveling with infants.



Living, dining & entertainment

The open‑plan living room centers around generous seating for movie nights or relaxed conversation. Adjacent is a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, console, TV and sound system for extra fun. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious indoor dining area, while an outdoor dining set just steps away makes al fresco meals effortless.



Outdoor space

A private, year‑round pool and hot tub (not heated) sit on a patio furnished with comfortable seating and a grill, perfect for sunny afternoons or evening barbecues. The backyard’s open grassy area adds extra room for games or simply spreading out after a day at the parks.



Resort amenities

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at Champions Gate, where you can float down the lazy river, splash on the water‑slide pool, work out in the fitness center, catch a film in the on‑site theater, or enjoy the playground, volleyball and tennis courts. An 18‑hole public golf course with driving range and clubhouse is also available.

Nestled in the guard‑gated Champions Gate Resort in Davenport, the home is about 10 miles from Disney and a short drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and local dining options. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock, free on‑site parking, Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, heating and laundry facilities make longer stays convenient.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
