The Space:

Soft morning light fills the home as you move from the quiet of your bedroom into spacious gathering areas designed for groups to unwind together. Kids drift toward the themed spaces that spark their imaginations, while adults settle into areas made for movies, games, or relaxed conversation. With room to spread out across two levels and easy access to both indoor and outdoor lounging, the home offers a setting where everyone can enjoy their own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms provide space for your group, including the downstairs Bedroom 1 - Blue Sanctuary with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 - Toy Story includes three twin beds, while Bedroom 3 - Disney Princesses includes two twin beds. Bedroom 4 - Alice in Wonderland features a king bed, Bedroom 5 - Lion King includes two twin beds, Bedroom 6 - Calming Retreat offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and Bedroom 7 - Green Haven features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Additional bathrooms bring the total to 5.5.



Indoor living

You can gather in the downstairs living room, share meals in the dining room, or spend time in the upstairs Avengers loft, which is designed for movie nights or casual lounging. The Star Wars game room brings pool, ping pong, arcade games, a sound system, a game console, and a movie theater experience together in one place. A dedicated workspace and central air conditioning add everyday comfort, and the in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays simple. Exercise equipment including an elliptical, free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, and a yoga mat is available for guests who want to keep up their routine.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen includes the essentials you need to prepare meals, with a refrigerator, microwave, whirlpool electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, toaster, and coffee makers. Indoor and outdoor dining areas allow you to enjoy meals wherever your group feels most comfortable.



Outdoor living

Step outside to the private outdoor pool, available all year and heated, along with the private hot tub. The fully fenced private backyard offers room for kids to play, while outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a private patio or balcony, and a gas BBQ grill create relaxed spaces for fresh-air time. Self check-in with a smart lock and free parking on premises and free street parking add ease to your stay.



Neighborhood

Located in Windsor Island Resort, you have free resort access to nearby amenities, including shared spaces such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, a splash pool, a hot tub, courts, picnic areas, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The surrounding area offers shopping, dining, and access to major attractions including Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know at least ONE WEEK before check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring camera by the front door.
