Kids – and even some adults – won't drift far from this property once they see the super fun custom gaming room right inside the front door. Old-school or new, there is something for everyone in this cool cave, including a life-size interactive driving arcade game, classic stand-up multi-game arcade, a two-seater PS4 station, air hockey, and basketball game (please note the foosball table in the photos is no longer provided). It will be a fast and furious race to the finish line to see who receives the room's top score before it's time to head home!

The remainder of the downstairs offers more of a soothing, luxury vibe, with a high-end kitchen, elegant dining area, and comfy TV viewing spot rounding out the main social spaces. A junior ensuite with full bath and the main ensuite with a private bath that has direct access to the screened-in lanai's heated pool and spa are also located on this floor.
Upstairs includes 6 well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own Smart TV. Two of the bedrooms are themed for fun – one for little princesses and the other for brave superheroes – while the rest are luxuriously appointed for a restful night's sleep. A common area with pool table and TV, a private theatre room lavishly styled with tiered leather recliners and bar fridge, and 3 full bathrooms complete the second floor.

SunnySide Homes has guest services available via phone and messaging 7 days a week. A local property manager and maintenance team are based in the area to ensure issues are seamlessly and promptly handled. You will receive an invitation to our Stay SunnySide Homes guest portal that will provide you with all the check-in and house information.

One week prior to your arrival, SunnySide Homes will send an invite to our guest portal allowing access to the house information and check-in details. Please note that Champions Gate Resort has secured gate entry, and guests are required to submit a list of all names at least 48 hours in advance of check-in to ensure entry. Prime check-in time is 4:00 p.m., which could result in a longer wait time at the security gate if you arrive during that timeframe.

Grill available for $120/stay, delivery, propane tank, and cleaning included.
Pool/Spa Heating: Available for $40 per day with a three-day minimum. Pool heater must be requested 2 days before check-in, as it will take time to heat, and we cannot guarantee the functionality on cold weathers or due to breakdowns.

POOL MAINTENANCE
The pool, spa, and equipment are cleaned and maintained by a professional pool service on a regular basis. As with any machinery, mechanical issues do occasionally occur, as well as the need to shock a pool when the posted pool instructions that help keep the filtration systems working properly are not followed. If a pool issue is encountered during your stay, we will alert the pool contractor and ask them to attend to the issue as soon as possible.
A range of starter supplies provided, including toiletries, shampoo, and detergents.
A complimentary pack n play and highchair for the kids.
Pool cleaning and lawn care are provided on a weekly basis.

PEST CONTROL
This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida, there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are very common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside a home is not indicative of an infestation.
