This uniquely designed beachfront home has beautiful Gulf views. If you want beachfront, you can't get much closer than this! Don't forget your furry family members. Crystal by the Ocean is pet-friendly with a $200 pet fee. This two-story home has three bedrooms, a guest bathroom on the main level, and deck access. The bunk room with twin/twin bunk beds is ideal for young kids with kids' books, games, and TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has a king bed. All of these have TVs and great beach views. On the upper level, you will find a small open-concept kitchen, a living room with a TV, a dining area, a half bath, and deck access. Wake up to the sound of the surf, sip coffee while watching the sunrise over the water, and spend evenings on the deck as the sky turns golden. The bedroom on this level features a queen bed, TV, and an attached bath with a step-in shower. In the living room, there is a futon that folds out to accommodate 2 guests. This home has WIFI to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Just enter the password information provided in a picture frame near the TV. The deck on this level is large and wraps around the side of the home. This is where you will definitely want to spend your mornings watching the glorious sunrise over the Gulf! Downstairs, you will find ample space on the concrete-covered area to grill on the charcoal grill, gather around the large picnic table while waiting for a delicious meal, or watch the kids play. When looking at the Gulf will no longer suffice, you are literally steps away from the sandy shoreline and relaxing Gulf waters! After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse away all the sand and salt in the outdoor shower. You and your family will never want to leave the views you'll find at Crystal by the Ocean. Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nightsâ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of liquid dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, and sunscreen! Once youâre booked, log in to your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
