Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces.
This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and the covered outdoor bar and dining space.

Enjoy the full property—from relaxing on the deck with gulf views to hanging out around the tiki fire pit. Beach gear, games, and all listed amenities are available for your use during your stay.

You’ll have plenty of parking available on-site for your group.

House Rules

I want you to have an amazing stay—these guidelines help keep the home in great shape for everyone:

Guests & Occupancy
- Maximum of 12 guests at any time.
- Only registered guests allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old (children with parents are welcome).

Parties & Events
- No parties or large events.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (please be respectful of neighbors).

Pets
-Dogs are welcome.
- Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture.
- Pet fees $200/stay

Smoking
- No smoking or vaping on the property.

Outdoor Areas
- Use the tiki fire pit responsibly and never leave it unattended. Please do not move the fire pit to any other location.
- Grill (Traeger) must be cleaned after use.

Beach Gear & Amenities
- Feel free to use all provided gear (chairs, toys, cooler, etc.)
- Please return items in good condition after use and spray off with outdoor hose provided.

Parking
- On-site parking available for multiple vehicles.
- No parking on grass or blocking neighboring properties.
- RVs are not permitted.

Supplies
- We provide a starter supply of garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may need to purchase additional items during your stay.

Security
- There are 2 exterior security cameras on the property for safety purposes.

Before Checkout
- Place trash in designated bins outside.
- Load and start the dishwasher.
- Return items to their original place.

If a house rule is broken you may be asked to leave and/or charged a fee of $100 plus damages
