The property has all the amenities of a home. Plenty of good dishes, silverware, utensils and small appliances for cooking since restaurants are not available. Seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the island. Comfortable seating in livingroom. The master bedroom and bath are large. The other 3 bedrooms are comfortable. Parking for 6 cars. Across the street from the beach. Beautiful views from both decks. Comfortable seating on both decks. Air condition was wonderful. Looking forward to renting again.

Amazing beach house stay!

The house is perfect! It is beautiful, roomy and so comfortable. Easy access to the beach and no detail was left unplanned. The fenced deck and yard were great for our dogs. Perfect for families

The house was clean, had plenty of space for our family, and was nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the house and it’s close proximity to the beach. The stairs were set up in a way that we were able to let the dog go down the stairs, off leash, to visit the fenced in yard. Not a single negative about this home. The house is the perfect size and in the perfect location to the beach

We loved the house and the dogs enjoyed the freedom to go up and down the stairs in their own to the spacious yard. The Master is fabulous! Kitchen is set up for a cook and I appreciated an empty fridge upon arrival. The decorations are beautifully done and the house felt comfortable. We will be back!

Family getaway

We go to Crystal beach 3-4 times every year. But annually we get all the kids and grandkids together for a large get together. My husband passed away unexpectedly in April and we lost our youngest son last November unexpectedly. I was going to cancel this year but grandkids reminded me that pawpaw would want us to go. This was almost first row awesome views and beautiful house. Even though it was bittersweet it helped in my healing. You CANNOT GO WRONG with renting this awesome property

Spectacular Home and Views

This is the best thing going on Crystal Beach! The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with every imaginable thing you could need for cooking and of high quality. Bedrooms were terrific and the bedding was clean and looked new and fresh! The air conditioning was excellent and like everything else, seemed to be brand new! We loved the double balconies and the views of the ocean and the ocean breeze was the perfect place for morning coffee or to watch the sunset! Comfortable, quality outdoor furniture was inviting! We rented a beach golf cart and drove up and down the beach, which the kids really loved! Booking this property was easy and the owners were extremely welcoming and accommodating! We can’t wait to visit Crystal Beach and this amazing home again next year!!!

Perfect location on Crystal Beach

We brought our family to celebrate the July 4th holiday and all ages enjoyed our stay. Our beach time was limited for two of the days because of Texas state declarations, but this worked to keep the crowds down so it wasn’t a problem. As for the house, the kitchen was wonderful! We cooked all our meals and every appliance and utensil we needed was found. The ground floor area was great for outdoor play each evening and the fenced area worked perfectly for our dog. The owners were great to work with at a tense time. Our only warning to any future renters is that the master bedroom/bathroom is huge and luxurious; however the other bedrooms are small. Don’t expect to fit an air bed in the floor of those rooms. All beds are comfortable though. WE should have considered that our growing-up family needed more bedrooms. That said, we had a WONDERFUL TIME and loved the house!

We would stay again for sure

Over all this stay was perfect. Plenty of room for our party of 10 and large dog with beds to spear. At the last minute 3 of our whole party was unable to make it so that gave us more space of course. The Dog run/back yard was great of our dobie. Great access to the beach. The very few things I would change if it was up to me are not necessities but would have been convenient for our parties stay. 1. A dumb waiter or small elevator for hauling our stuff up stairs. (But from what I have found that isn't a normal thing for the TX coasts like on other beaches). 2. An extra gate latch on the lower stairs gate. (We just tied the gate in the direction needed with the dog least when we wanted the dog to stay in the yard while we loaded and unloaded using the steps that lead to the cars. So our dog wouldn't try and make a run for it while that gate was open.) 3. I would get taller chairs for the porches, to make it easier to see over the railing for wave watching and such. 4. The A/C vent in the master that is located above the king bed didn't blow very much air out. The room itself was cool, this only bothered me when we slept. (and to be fair I'm a hot sleeper and this trip I was 7 months pregnant, so that didn't help the cool sleeping). So like I said, nothing to complain about that would stop us from recommending or staying here again. It's just a cute house and really met all our needs.
