THE STUDIO
The private suite has its own entrance and features a bedroom with stunning views of Monterey Bay, mountain ridges, coastal fog, and dramatic sky color shifts.

The kitchenette includes high-quality tools and appliances like a convection oven/microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, bread maker, and food processor. Pantry staples such as beans, lentils, proteins, and frozen vegetables are provided, with fresh organic ingredients available upon request.

The private covered patio extends your living space into nature, with a loveseat and small side table perfect for morning coffee, journaling, yoga, or simply being still. As you will be staying in a high-end luxury home, we kindly ask that you treat the space and all belongings with care and respect. In particular, please use non-metal utensils only with the cookware and make sure the bottoms of all pots and pans are clean before cooking, so food is not burned onto the exterior surfaces.

If any cookware is found to be damaged due to the use of metal utensils or improper care as described above, the cost of replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. Thank you so much for helping us keep the home beautiful for everyone.
