Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! We offer free driveway parking for two cars. For public transportation, the nearest bus stop is a short walk away, providing access to the wider San Antonio area. The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is just a quick 5-10 minute drive, making arrival and departure a breeze. Major transit hubs and attractions are easily accessible from our location.



Other Things to Note:

Wheelchairs: Stairs to front door. Shower is wheelchair accessible.



HOA has strict silent hour at 7pm after that time, you'd have to quiet down.

Agreement rules are enforced strictly.



Rules

➢Please don't flush anything in toilets, $300 fee if clogged

➢Non smoking home

➢Be mindful of the neighbors and keep your noise level to an appropriate level. (There is a minut decibel detector in the home. It records noise level.)



Before Checking Out

➢Properly bag up all trash, tie it and leave it at the kitchen

➢Clean up dining table, Wash dishes and leave them on counter

➢Leave used bath towels in the bathtub



Additional fees may apply:

➢$1000 Smoking Fee (Cigarettes, Weed, Hookah, etc)

➢Damage Compensation (You will cover full amount for furniture damages)

➢$50 Late Check Out Fee (Will apply without a 30 minute heads up)
