Located within walking distance to all that Downtown Gatlinburg has to offer at Cherokee Orchard Rd. (Traffic Light #6) next to Anakeesta. Our location is rare to have 3 bedrooms with attached baths that is permitted to sleep up to 8 guests in Downtown Gatlinburg. The property offers new furnishings throughout and Smart Roku TVs in each bedroom and living room areas. There are two decks, 1 enclosed and 1 open air with seating options that face the Sky Lift downtown, which you can see. Summer seasonal community pool.

Our stay at this Gatlinburg condo was excellent, the space was spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials we needed. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute drive to attractions like Ripley’s Aquarium, and the scenic views of the SkyPark made it even more special. The host was incredibly welcoming, provided thoughtful snacks, and maintained great communication throughout our stay.

This was a fantastic place to stay it was clean and close to everything. The only thing is the remote for the mini split unit didn’t work upstairs but it could have just needed batteries. But it was a very nice rental.

The listing was as described by the host. It was super clean and a great location for a Bachelorette trip for 5 girls. Was only a 15 minute walk from the Parkway. My favorite part was the covered porch!Host was good with communication ahead of time but when I asked to check in early I couldn’t get a definite answer until the day of. Kitchen could have used a few basic necessities. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. would have been nice. It is 3 stories so keep that in mind when booking. Overall, I would stay here again and definitely recommend!

Hello thanks for choosing us and the kind words. Everything we provide is listed in the rental agreement, the description and pictures describe the property setup. We were happy to provide a welcome snack basket with treats and coffee among arrival. Having three private bedrooms and bathroom on 3 separate floors in downtown Gatlinburg is a rare find. The 7-minute walk per Google to Anakeesta at traffic light #6 on the main strip makes it easy to navigate to all the activities and restaurants in downtown Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful stay here! We loved that it was close to a trolley stop, but also close enough to downtown you could just walk to the main strip. The condo was clean and beautiful. It was as described and enough of all items were present (dish soap/sponge/laundry tab/toilet paper, etc). The beds and blankets were comfy! We all slept well! Some minor stains on some items, but just stubborn ones that can’t come out- not like they hadn’t been washed. I am super picky with staying other places and sleep with all my clothes on if it feels dirty, and I did not feel the need for that here at all! (Sigh of relief). We even got to see a bear right out at the dumpsters while we were walking. It saw us and no issues at all since we kept our distance and didn’t bother it. The only thing I wish was that there were better views from the condo, but to be able to have the luxury of walking to the main strip, you are going to miss out on the views some. We’ve stayed in cabins before with a drive down into Gatlinburg, and decided we prefer the convenience of being able to walk to where we want over the views. If we want more views we can do hikes and do the trams and such. We weren’t at the condo too often anyways. Would definitely stay here again!
