Great house and pool. Great location. There were issues with broken and non-working things like door and window locks, spa controls, ice maker, fire table. We reported the issues and host stated they will be taken care of. Host was responsive.

The house was amazing and relaxing, with plenty of room for my large family. Check-in was nice and easy. The host was so caring, friendly, and thoughtful. It’s always hard and stressful to find a place big enough for my family. It was a last-minute, unexpected stay due to my 1-year-old being hospitalized, but they made it stress-free. 10/10 recommend this house and host. We will definitely be booking again. Also pool is so beautiful and fun, the family enjoyed it.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Casa Bellagio.Communication with the team was smooth and efficient. They responded in a very timely fashion. The directions to the house were perfect using Google maps. The driveway in is a little bit steep but certainly very manageable. There is plenty of parking on the property site. Four cars are easily able to be parked at the top and two cars in front of the garage, so this was a very accurate description. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable. The bedding was clean as were bathroom towels and the pool towels. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We would book this place again.

House was perfect for our group of seven adults and three kids. Everyone had a room and a bathroom of their own. We spent lots of time hanging out in the kitchen and the adjoining family room watching the Olympics on the big TV. Wish we could have spent more time in the yard, but the weather didn't cooperate.A word about the location, which is just north of Sunset and east of 405 (with a view of the Getty). It was perfectly situated for our trips west to Santa Monica, north to the Valley, east to the museums (and for some, to Disneyland), and an east trip to/from LAX.Would rent again.

The property suited our family of 15, ages 6 to 65, very well. We had a couple issues arise, but the rental company was excellent in responding and taking care of any problems. We particularly liked how they assigned an individual directly to us, who we could reach out with any questions or problems. The house was clean and well stocked. The only complaint we had regarding the cleanliness, was the trash by the outdoor grill was full and pretty disgusting. The private pool was a total win for our family, however, we would strongly urge a railing be put around the pool, particularly the highest drop. We would have loved to stay there again, but the price increased for next year beyond our budget.
