Centrally located within walking distance to Universal Studio, Hollywood and minutes from many attractions of Los Angeles.

CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listing!!
There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing
cleaning between guests.

House Rules:
No Parties Allowed.
No Smoking Allowed.
No Drugs Allowed.
No Pets Allowed.
No Loud Noise after 10pm.
10pm-7am No-Noise Ordinance
Name of all guests is required at least a week prior to arrival.
20 guests maximum Allowed on the property at any given time.
Ages of Guests under the age of 18 yrs old is required.
Overstay after check out will be charged $250 per hour or fraction.
Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee
of $2,000 per occurrence.

Security Cameras outside. We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, no corporate events. My neighbors are in close proximity and will notify me and the police department instantly. Birthday parties with 20 people or less are acceptable

Pool Heating is an additional $300 per day and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 week prior to arrival. It is a large pool so it takes at least 24 hours from the time you turn on for it to be warm.

We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction and cannot be repaired same day, we will refund the guest $100 per day per occurrence.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home,
not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask
that you treat our space with the same respect you
would show your own. If any problems arise, we will
do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one
living on site.
