Firstly, I’d like to clarify that the high-quality appliances in the kitchen are exactly as described and pictured in the listing. We have not replaced them with lower-quality ones, and any discrepancies you encountered are surprising, as we’ve not received such feedback from previous guests. If there was an issue during your stay, we would have been happy to address it promptly. Regarding the outdoor areas, we understand there may have been some confusion about access. The property has a beautiful and spacious outdoor area surrounding the pool, with multiple pathways for guests to enjoy. However, access to the nearby golf course is restricted, as it is not part of our property. We have made this clear in the listing to avoid misunderstandings, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. I also understand your frustration with the pool. The pool is cleaned and maintained regularly, and the heating fees are clearly outlined on the platform to avoid any surprises. While we apologize for the debris issue, we wish this had been brought to our attention immediately so we could have assisted. As for the surveillance cameras, they are only installed on the exterior of the property for security and guest safety, and their presence is disclosed in the listing, in line with Vrbo’s policies. They do not invade guest privacy. I am truly sorry about the ant issue you encountered. While we work diligently to keep the property pest-free, it’s clear this was a recurring problem during your stay. We’ve taken additional measures to ensure this is resolved for future guests. Finally, I apologize for the access code confusion and any inconvenience it may have caused. We always provide keys or alternatives for entry and are addressing this to ensure smoother access in the future. Regarding the dining room table, it has always been part of the home’s decor, but we will take your feedback into account to make sure it doesn’t cause discomfort for future guests. Hi Billy, We appreciate your feedback. Our guests are our priority and we take all reviews seriously and definitely take care of things ASAP. We alway do our best to satisfy our guests and make their stay enjoyable. We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to hear if you have any concerns during your stay and we will gladly assist you. As you mentioned, this house is located in the best neighborhood ( Bel Air country club golf course) The house is like a mini resort and has plenty of space to go around and enjoy. Per Bel Air golf course’s rules No one is allowed to enter the golf course unless they are a member , and those areas are off limits to the guests. We also mention that in our house rules. We just received a new microwave to be installed but due to the wrong size we haven’t had it installed yet. The pump works well but The waterfalls are on timer and do not run 24/7.
