We had a bit of trouble finding the baby equipment in the upstairs closet off the deck, but the house was very clean and perfect for our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of 7 had a great stay at the beach house. Loved that we could easily walk to the beach. The house was clean and quiet. Casago was very responsive with one small internet issue we had. Highly recommend!

The house worked well for our party of 6 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child. There is no yard but that didn’t matter due to the beach being so close. The path to the beach was an easy 3 minute walk. The town center of Rockaway Beach was an easy drive as well with plenty of small markets for groceries. Tillamook Creamery was a fun tour for our larger group of 16 with ages between 70 and 7.

Wonderful Stay

The house was lovely and well equipped. It was a great place to celebrate Christmas with out of town family. There were things close by to see and do and then return to the warmth and coziness of the fireplace.

This place had more inclusions than most. Everything for laundry, dishes, cooking, the beach etc was stocked for us. Having 4 bathrooms was great. It was comfortable and cozy and accommodated our group of 5 perfectly.

Family friendly home. The floors had sand when we checked in. It’s understandable since it’s on the beach. One on the beds had sandy sheets, we had to wash them. Also had no frying pans in the kitchen-had to get creative. Our only request would be to provide a broom or vacuum so renters can clean up. We tried not to track in sand, impossible to do, finally bought a broom. We left the broom behind for future guests to use. Would stay here again. Beach access easy and convenient.

(3.5 / 5 Stars)Everything about the home itself was excellent, but the cleanliness was a major issue. The maid was still cleaning at our check-in time, so we had to wait 30 minutes before we could enter. Inside, we found sand in the beds, chip crumbs on the bedside tables, and random garbage in the living room coffee table drawer. The downstairs floors had dog hair everywhere, the kids' room floor had trash on it, and the upstairs had debris throughout. The fridge and freezer were also dirty with sand inside, and we even found a cigarette butt in a laundry room drawer. It is a wonderful house, but the cleaning crew needs to do a much better job.

Beautiful home close to beach

The House is just as depicted in listing. Short walk to the beach, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, unique floorplan. Something to note: there is no outdoor bbq grill. We would definitely rent this home again.

The house was clean, well organized and had everything you need - except water dispenser in refrigerator wasn't working. A short, shaded walk to the beach. Beautiful beach.

Beautiful and peaceful. Loved the private beach, not many people at all and had the beach to ourselves most of the time. The beds are comfortable, the appliances are updated. We spent alot of time away from the house too. We spent over a week in the house. Felt like home to us. Absolutely a wonderful place.

Nice stay at Rockaway Beach

This is our new favorite place to stay in this part of the Oregon coast. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has great amenities. The walk to the beach is as easy as advertised and pretty - like taking a short walk in the forest. We had fun in the kitchen, which is state-of-the-art. We were all adults, but this house would be good for families with children. One of the bedrooms is even themed for kids.
