The Space:

Plan a memorable stay at Rockaway Beach with this gorgeous oceanfront townhome, offering ocean views, dog-friendly accommodations, and easy beach access for up to seven guests to enjoy!



Located in a great spot right in downtown, there are multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance, plus the beach is directly down a short trail right from the back door.



The home has a warm and luxurious feel, with high-end furniture and sophisticated decor. In the living room, you'll find an assortment of leather furniture to relax in front of a large flatscreen TV (cable included). Out the glass doors is a balcony with a view of the ocean.



Across the open room is a fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and extras like a mixer, waffle iron, blender, slow cooker, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Have a family meal together around the dining table, which has room for everyone.



With three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, up to seven travelers will sleep comfortably here. One bedroom has a queen bed with a half bath nearby, and a second offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed, flatscreen TV, and a full private bath. The master features a king bed, leather recliner, flatscreen TV, full private bath with a walk-in shower, and deck access.



Your four-legged friends can come along for the fun too, as this home is dog-friendly (please note a small, nightly pet fee). Take care of laundry easily with a private washer/dryer.



This townhome is perfect for a family or group of friends - between fishing, crabbing, clamming, and sea kayaking, you'll have opportunities for fun on the ocean. Of course, just walking the shore with the sand between your toes is a delightful experience on its own. You might make the drive up to Cannon Beach 26 miles north for a fun day, as well.

This property was perfect 6 people and a baby. It was very conveniently located for surrounding towns as well as rockaway beach businesses. It was a short walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the neighbors flood light being on all night making it seem like daylight inside, but none was staying there, so there was nothing a could do. Bedding and pillows could have been better quality, but not terrible. Vacasa was extremely responsive tho. I'd stay again.

Beach at Thanksgiving - AMAZING

Rockaway did not disappoint - especially with the beautiful frosty mornings. Our family celebrated together for a beautiful sunny winter beach week. We walked to the jetty, found full sand dollars, had a beach fire and enjoyed the sunny days overlooking the waves with our coffee for breakfast. The hosts were detailed and so friendly and the house was well appointed for our special meal. Love it! We will be back.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, the layout of the home highlights the ocean views. The house is spacious and each bedroom is private and comfortable. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Great family vacation with dogs and kids

We had a great time at this comfortable townhome:) the bedrooms all had comfy beds. The master bedroom was very roomy, perfect for extra room for dogs. The home was clean and well laid out. The townhome was near the train station - awesome activity for dogs and families. Hot and cold water after the beach was a huge bonus and helped keep the sand out of the house. There were not beach chairs or beach towels onsite, which we will bring next time. There is not AC and opening doors and windows quickly cooled house from 78 to 71F ( we stayed 2 nd week if Aug). Bring your own cooking spices and if BBQing, plan to buy refill propane. There were not dishwasher pods, clothes detergent or shampoo onsite so we will bring that next time. Loved our family time and would definitely stay again!!!pods,

Great location and view - and some overlooked details

Loved the view and proximity to downtown. The towels smelled and felt like they hadn't been washed and the BBQ had no propane (very disappointing as we realized this five minutes into grilling and the BBQ quit). We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. Overall we would give it 3 and a half out of five stars.

We liked it so much we came back!

This is our second visit to the property which is perfect for our extended family. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has what you need and we like the location. Beach is close (but you do have to walk among vegetation so bring sandals). Food and coffee are nearby, as well as a few shops. Nice place for a peaceful getaway.

great property but the furnace fan ran the whole time. The filters may need checking. Also more dishwasher soap and garbage bags for a week stay. other then that our stay was very nice.

The best view on Rockaway beach!

Great place to stay for a week on Rockaway beach! We explored the Oregon coast North & South from here. Our favorite was Oswald beach, Shorties Beach & the hikes around that area had great views. The house’s location gives the best view of the Twin Rocks. We started each morning & ended each day with a walk on the beach. Beds were comfortable & 3 bathrooms were great for our families use. But as they say location is everything!

Iconic Oregon Coast View

Absolutely perfect location with a fabulous view...house could use a little TLC but the location and the accommodations make you overlook that fact. This place is my dream Oregon coast rental. Hope to return soon.

e had a great time at this property! The view of the ocean was amazing! The only issue we had was when we were washing towels, we didn't realize there was a fan in the closet that needed to be turned on. When we opened the doors to the washer and dryer, the heat from the dryer set off the fire alarm. Overall, I would stay at this property again.

Clean, great location.

Nice view of twin rocks. We have stayed in several vrbos on the Oregon coast and this is the cleanest. It has a great view of twin rocks, and is close to the grocery and a few restaurants. We loved it.

Close to beach! But close to road

Though I don’t think any place in Rockaway can escape the sounds of the highway, this greatly effected our sleep. Pros: -Walk right to the beach! - kitchen stocked with lots of baking dishes - beds comfy! - deck views of the sea - walk straight into town Cons: - two bedrooms have windows that face the highway, which is loud at night and bright from outside lamps - no air circulation in bedrooms without windows open - could be cleaned better between guests

The house was more amazing in person! It is located walking distance from the little town, the assess to the beach is more than I could have imagined, and the house was so comfortable! This home is definitely perfect if you are needing a beach getaway. I am already planning another stay here!

Quick Beach Trip

The location was great and the house was just right for our family of 5. We would definitely stay there again. The only negative for us was the floors and some countertops were dirty. Once we noticed the floors were a bit dirty I checked under the beds and there empty glasses and a ton of dirt/dust bunnies. Same under the furniture in the main room. Cleaning crew cut some corners, otherwise our trip was great.
