The Space:

Enjoy the quiet surroundings at this home with a deck, private laundry room, AC, outdoor beach shower, and a game room, this is an ideal home for a large family or a group of friends traveling the Oregon Coast.



Located less than three miles north of Rockaway Beach, this large beach home in Nedonna Beach is across the street from seven miles of beautiful sand and waves and under 15 miles from Nehalem Bay State Park, Manzanita, and the town of Nehalem.



You'll want to spend a lot of time outside on the second-floor wraparound, which sports a gas grill and patio furniture for cookouts. This is the perfect spot to spend time with the family for a BBQ or to admire a meteor shower while wrapped in blankets.



Enjoy an open-floor great room on the home's second level, with ample natural light, a roaring gas fireplace, and plenty of seating on blue furniture. Check email or play Spotify via WiFi while seated at the dining table or the breakfast bar. The full kitchen, done in white and sand tones, offers white appliances - including a dishwasher for extra convenience - and gadgets like a mixer, a blender, and a coffee grinder. Downstairs on the main floor, guests can get cozy and socialize in a game room/den area. Plump sofas are perfect for snuggling on while watching a movie on the DVD player or through Netflix. Challenge other guests to a Ping-Pong tournament, or catch the weather on cable.



Downstairs, guests will also find a laundry/mud room stocked with all the supplies you need to stay sand-free during your stay.



You'll have no problem enjoying the sand and surf with the beach so close to this Rockaway Beach vacation rental. When you need a shopping fix, head to Rockaway for a funky boardwalk experience and delicious dining. Take advantage of kayak rentals at Nehalem Bay or fishing at Nedonna Pond. And, with Tillamook about 18 miles down the highway, Seaside north about 30 miles, and fun outdoor areas such as Nehalem Bay State Park and Oswald West State Park nearby, you will have plenty of daytrip options.

This place is one of the best we have rented! It's spacious, very well furnished and has more kitchenware than most, which we really appreciate. The ocean is so close and the rooftop deck is genius! We were grateful for the excellent communication and not having cleaning chores on the final morning! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved the cleanliness and the comfortableness of the entire place! We also loved having a garage to park a car in! With bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, it was easy for our elderly to use the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The only issue we had was getting a response from the host about getting the garage code so we could access the garage easier. The other issue was the remote downstairs needed new batteries. I loved sitting up in the widows, walk and watching the sunset every night! I will definitely come back!

Loved this location. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. My only advise would be to bring your own pillow. The pillows were pretty worn down. Otherwise, this was perfect for our family.

This house was nice, very spacious with nice size rooms and 3 full baths! The deck was really nice, you could hear the ocean and if you went up to the upper deck you could see the ocean! We would stay again!

Everything was really clean and easy to use Great rooftop deck for viewing sunset's, super bonus! Only issue was figuring out how to get in to the house. It’s a sophisticated code, but otherwise they responded immediately and really helped us out. Spacious and dog friendly was bonus. Close walk to the beachFriendly neighbors. I would definitely go back there.

Beautiful beach house with plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach was easy and the Widow’s Walk on the roof was a great place to watch the sunset.

We give this property 5 stars overall. If I may offer a bit of constructive feedback though? We rented this property originally in May, due to illness had to postpone and the host was incredibly quick to respond and solution oriented. 5 stars! This property location and views are amazing. We close it for working business retreat due to 3 bedrooms and 3 baths- open kitchen and living room. All that 5 stars. Area for improvement, the car charger is in the garage and garage door is broken so it’s unusable. Broken fireplace which was in instructions but so nice to have on chilly beach nights. The door lock situation was really broken. I’d advise a lock smith or keys with code options, which was offered eventually but would have been nicer to just get in the house at the appropriate check in time. Pillows in all the beds very old and hard; a quick trip to Costco could really upgrade the sleeping experience along with newer linens. Thicker fuller bath towels would have made the complete two day experience more enjoyable & comfortable. I still give this property 5 stars because the views from the crows nest is just stunning for sunsets!
