This third-floor studio for four is on the south side of Lincoln City, and you've got plenty of options for meals and window-shopping within a couple miles of your home! You're also just a short one- or two-block walk from the beach.



Up to four lucky guests (and your dogs) can sleep in the condo's living and sleeping area, with a luxurious king-size bed and cushy leather futon. Step back from the seaside view of the balcony and relax by the fireplace, or enjoy rainy-day entertainment like WiFi and flatscreen cable TV.



Whether you experience a romantic dinner for two at the indoor table or some open air dining on the balcony, the essential appliances make it quick and easy to whip up snacks and reheat leftovers. We loved watching the King Tides from our room. It was clean, cozy and doggy friendly. We come here yearly for this weekend and always enjoy the stay.

Location was great. If the sliding door would have had a screen I would have kept it open all the time to listen to the waves. I would have appreciated blackout curtains. It was clean but the baseboards need attention.

The Wifi Signal was so poor the TV wouldn't stream. The fireplace didn't work properly. The neighbors that checked in were up late into the evening and early the next morning were so loud. The property isn't quiet. The Walk to the beach isn't bad.

Great view but place is in serious need of a remodel. Wifi didn't work. Fireplace didn't work. People next door smoked- thought no smoking on premises. Vacasa was useless. Next time I will pay a little more to get a better place.

Great little spot.

This place was amazing. The views of the ocean and sunsets were awesome. The inside were nice for a studio. Had a little fridge and microwave. The beach is only a short walk down the hill and was a great beach. The outside could use a little paint and love but besides that everything else was perfect.

Great spot for the price

This budget friendly room with an ocean view was perfect for our getaway. The good: King size bed, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, fireplace and extra seating. The not-so-good: Shower drains super slow so you stand in dirty water, if people aren’t going to clean up after their dog the staff MUST, slow internet (I measured .5Mbps, the kicked in front door doesn’t exactly provide a sense of safety.

loved the view, parking lot was a nightmare, needs to be a screen door on the sliding glass door and we only had one chair on the deck so we did not sit out there. fire place would not turn on, inside of room was nice...out side was dirty and needed paint badly.

Beautiful view of the ocean, 5 min to beach

Room and bed were descent and balcony on third floor was perfect for viewing the beach and ocean. We saw whale sprays from there 3 days in a row. The beach was perfect right from the room. We explored other beaches but Nelscott was great and tidepools when the tide was low had lots of life to explore. Lincoln City was also an awesome launching spot to go explore from. Room was warm but we kept the balcony door open and slept to the sound of waves crashing.

Relaxing getaway

I stayed here for a four day weekend to unwind a bit, and it was lovely. The view was fantastic, especially around sunset. The beach is a short walk, but be aware that there are steps and the walk back is a little steep. The balcony is a great spot to read. It's connected to the other balconies so not the most private, but I was almost always the only one out there except when the seagull stopped by to beg for snacks. Bed was very cozy. Overall I was very happy with my stay.
