we appreciate your response and issues. I'm surprised that someone in your group didn't open the cabinet above the dishwasher and find dinner plates, salad plates, bowls and the 8 or more mugs on the shelf above them. We do keep a stash of 16 oz solo cups above the coffee maker for guests to use in the place of glass by the pool. Maybe we need to rearrange where the mugs are kept. There are/were 4 frying pans in various sizes, 4 pots with lids and 2 6 quart pots all in the cabinets to the left of the stove. I for one, open cabinets and check things out when I'm in a rental space and specifically when I'm looking for something as simple as a coffee mug. We furnished our cell phone numbers for questions and that seems kinds important. There was also Zevo ant spray on the counter near the sink. We had an ant problem a month ago but when the house was cleaned the week prior to your arrival and even the day before when we checked on things, there were no trace of ants then. We know that if you leave food out for a period of time, during the summer, ants appear. About spiders and webs, we do apologize, but we find new webs and spiders on a daily basis, even after removing what was there the day before. I can't tell you how many karate moves we've done, walking into webs. That's an uphill battle. It's interesting that you mention the sleeping arrangements: if you looked at our photos or read our description, we state clearly that there are 3 bedrooms, King bed in one, Queens in the other two. We show pictures of the sectional couches in the den and living room. There is plenty of sleeping space for 8 people, couples or not. We also have an air mattress in the closet where the extra towels were. The house is just as described and as shown in the photos. We are glad you liked the outside amenities and some of the extras we provide. Again, we're sorry that we didn't have the opportunity to let you know where things were or have to have a conversation about the sleeping situation, for you and your guests to enjoy all of your stay. Sorry to have handled maintenance unannounced. We had the propane tanks refilled for your use and hooked them up. Pool was newly opened so we checked chemicals and cleaned deep end drain.
