Perfect Location & Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Marshall House! The home was clean upon arrival, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The driveway is a little narrow, but there is plenty of street parking available. The location was absolutely perfect for us—less than five minutes from Averett University and downtown Danville. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and willing to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. We would highly recommend the Marshall House and look forward to staying again!

The house was cute and very clean. The "extras" were greatly appreciated, as well. Check in and check out was about the easiest we've ever had. Rebecca was so quick to reply to messages and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again if the need arises.

We came in for a funeral and this place was great. It was well stocked above and beyond what we expected. Everything worked and was clean. I would recommend it to all my friends. Three bedrooms are upstairs, good excersise! The parking was tight, but there is a small driveway which let us move our car off the steet.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. The neighborhood was quiet and the house well furnished. It was nice to find there were snacks available and toiletries if we forgot anything. I would definitely recommend this home and if we are back in the area would stay there again.

Hardwood floors, private deck, private driveway for off-street parking. We allow you to bring 1 dog 50 bs or less for an additional pet fee of $150 With your health in mind, there is an under sink water filter in kitchen, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as free and clear laundry detergent provided. We rarely have snow or ice accumulation, however, it can occur. We do not provide routine snow/ice removal services, but they may be available upon request. Please use caution during inclement weather.
