Check-in is a breeze. The house was as advertised, and everything was clean. My kids love to play foosball, and my wife and I love to sit on the deck and listen to the rio. This is a lovely property.

Sweet Ruidoso Getaway

Perfect location with the Rio Ruidoso (creek) right out back and the shops just a walk away. Open kitchen and dinning area was ideal so everyone is able to hangout together.

The property is just like the pictures inside. Worked great for our group. Lots of bath towels provided. Showers are not slippery so that was great. Kitchen had what we needed to prepare what we brought in. Could have used more kitchen towels. Updated kitchen table from the picture. Really nice. Mini splits worked well. Last time we were at this property the outside matched the pictures perfectly because it was spring. This time was early fall and of course there isn’t as much foliage. The river was way up due to lots of heavy rain but we still enjoyed the covered porch overlooking the river. Saw deer! Location is the best!

Just a near perfect stay. Little issues: Water was off on arrival and two metal chairs on patio were broken but cabin is very well kept. River front was just amazing.

The interior was filthy. Cobwebs and bugs. The location on the river was nice except for the construction equipment right outside the door.

Great location! Lots of space.

The cabin was dusty and could have used a good cleaning.. The beds were hard. But the hot tub was amazing. The living room and kitchen very comfy. We saw deer everyday outside the cabin. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and the strip. Great vacation!

10 year anniversary getaway

We had a blast! The cabin had some issues, the heat wasn’t working that well, one of the toilets wasn’t working properly, but management brought us space heaters and sent a plumber to fix the toilet. We loved the foosball table and the creek behind the cabin. I would stay here again, but I wouldn’t pay the really high holiday price we paid again.

Everything was perfect, except a couple of things.

Everything was perfect except for a couple of things. 1. The stove burners were out of place had a hard time to try to put them in place had to cook in only 2 of them. 2. The maintenance man was cleaning the hot tub when we got to the cabin and he accidentally left the water off. My son looked for the water valve box until he found it later that day, we were without water for a while, other than that everything was perfect, we the adults and the kids enjoyed it to the max. We planning on rent it again.

Very nice place, but needs some more essential items

Patio furniture was broken / rickety. Kitchen essentials were minimal (no oven mitts / hot pads). Stove / oven was very small. Propane ran out after one meal. Air Conditioning froze up for 1-1/2 days (might need filters replaced) The location was tremendous! Beautiful and peaceful!

Great relaxing days!!!

I loved the property. Fantastic location right on the river. Everything worked and was very clean and furnished well. The only reason for not allowing the perfect stay was that the upstairs (Master) bed is very uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. Thanks again for finding this property. I will be a returning client.
