★ IMPORTANT:

At least one guest must be 21 years old.

All guests must be registered with the building before check-in.

Monthly rentals only, with a $100 application fee to the building management.

Pets welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Check for weight and size restrictions.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Mailing packages to this property is not permitted.
