Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



The Baskins Creek complex sits alongside a creek of the same name in the center of downtown Gatlinburg. You can catch the Gatlinburg Trolley right out front, or walk three blocks north to the Parkway to visit beloved attractions that include Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the quaint Village Shoppes, and the 407-foot-tall Gatlinburg Space Needle. The property is one mile east of the aerial tram and skate rink at Ober Gatlinburg and one mile north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can spend your days hiking, taking scenic drives, and glimpsing wildlife in Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge, only eight miles north, is home to the ever-iconic Dollywood, wonderful outlets and stores, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and several renowned dinner theaters as well.
