PULL RIGHT UP TO THE DOOR, NO ELEVATOR OR STEPS! Located on the Roaring Fork Creek, surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. This is a 1ST floor condo you don't have to use stairs or an elevator, just pull right up and unload your goodies into this recently remodeled beautiful decorated condo. Get ready to start your Smoky Mountain Vacation. You'll find everything you need for entertaining or just a simple getaway for you and your family.

Relax to the sounds of the rushing mountain stream from the large, covered balcony that overlooks a beautiful waterfall. Gather around the cozy, warm fireplace located in the spacious living room. Unwind in the resort's swimming pool or take a trolley ride. Trolley system is available for exact change and it will take you wherever around Gatlinburg. One Trolley pickup station is directly across the street in front of the large church and the other one is right down the street headed into Gatlinburg maybe a block away in front of a hotel. I suggest doing that because you can literally leave your car and go all over the place.

This fully furnished condo, located in the luxurious Gatehouse complex, is exquisite from its cherry cabinetry, bamboo custom wood floors and granite countertops and is equipped with every convenience. All you supply is the desire to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountains and gorgeous scenery. One Primary Suite with King size bed and private bathroom with custom tiled walk in shower. Other bedroom is also equipped with a king bed and just right outside the door is the other bathroom with tub/shower combination. Common area sleeping is furnished with a twin sofa that converts to a twin bed. Large comfy sofa for one person if needed for over night sleeping. (The sofa is not a sleeper) Two nice comfy leather recliners are great for afternoon napping. Large flatscreen TV with Spectrum cable and secure wifi available for our guests. Each bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen tv's and cable.

With a host of activities and countless opportunities for enjoyment, our condo is your gateway to the Smokies. In addition to Gatlinburg, you are only minutes from Pigeon Forge (Dollywood), Ober Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium, lots of shows, great restaurants and shopping. Wonderful stay!

This is one of the cleanest and loveliest condos that we've stayed in. Communication with the owner what's fabulous and I highly recommend anybody to stay here as we will be again!

Our Favorite!!

This year was our 3rd year to stay at this most beautiful condo with Diane Curtis as our host. This condo is not only gorgeous, but is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous! Easy access to town.....it's actually within walking distance, but is SO quiet you'd never know it. That view from the balcony with that beautiful creek running behind the condo makes you think you're alone in a peacefully secluded wooded area. The place is always spotless and those beds....Oh my goodness! They are super comfortable. Parking is right in front of the entrance to the unit. No stairs or elevators needed. Diane is wonderful to deal with and will always get right back to you if you have any questions or concerns. We'd never even think about staying anywhere else in Gatlinburg. You will love it and I highly recommend this condo. ❤️

Lovely vacay spot

With rain every single day, we managed to take advantage of shows and kept busy. So happy to have such a lovely home away from home. Nicely furnished, everything stocked well, and good direction and guidance from owner, who never missed a text. Please consider this condo. You wont be sorry. 10 stars from us!

Wonderful stay

This was my first time doing a VRBO and it was a great experience. The condo is very clean and welcoming and has everything that you can possibly need for your vacation. It looks exactly like the pictures show online. The location is Perfect. It’s close enough to walk to downtown but also away from all the traffic. We would walk to downtown and then walk back to the condo everyday with no issues. The host is wonderful and gets back to you very quickly if you have any questions. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to town for future vacations.

We are a married couple of 47 years, two grown children, a daughter Bree who is married to Jose for 16 years, with two adorable girls (our granddaughters) and our son Colton and his wife Stephanie married for 14 years.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Gatlinburg and we love this condo. It's so accessible to walking right in the front door, no elevators or steps needed. We are 64 and 66 now and we just want to make it easy for us and our guests. This property is so close to everything you would want to see in Gatlinburg and even walk to many attractions while in Gatlinburg.

Location is such a benefit to Gatlinburg! Trolley close by and being able to walk right into the unit, unload and walk right out and start to enjoy the city of Gatlinburg.
