• There is no designated or assigned parking for our unit.
• Free street parking with no time limits is available a short walk from the property.

House Rules:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:
• No parties/events/bachelor or bachelorette stays — violation results in a $1,500 fine and possible cancellation without refund
• Quiet hours: 9:30 PM–8 AM
• No smoking or vaping — $1,000 fine for violations
• No pets — unauthorized pets incur up to $1,000 fee
• No mail or packages delivered to the property
• Adult supervision required for children
• Unplug appliances and turn off stove/oven/AC/heater when leaving
• Sort and manage trash/recycling regularly

Note: The home features multiple levels and stairs, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.
