You’ll have full access to the unit and all included amenities + garage parking. Garage parking for compact to standard sized cars. Oversized vehicles will have to park on the street. We supply boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys—everything needed for a full day of fun. There’s also a surf rental shop just a 3-minute walk away offering surfboards, wetsuits, paddle boards, kayaks, and more.

Guests may also use the coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM (reserved for housekeeping between 10 AM–3 PM).

Enjoy access to two shared patio areas and a BBQ—perfect for relaxing after a beach day. The complex has five other vacation rentals, so you may meet friendly fellow travelers during your stay.

This cozy 400 sq ft cottage is ideal for 1–2 adults (and can accommodate 1–2 small children). For families with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair upon request.

You’ll have 2 bikes available for cruising the Mission Beach boardwalk. Need more? A rental shop just a couple blocks away offers adult bikes, kids’ bikes, and baby seats. (Bike helmets not provided—bring your own or rent from the shop. Only minors are required to wear helmets by law.)

A coin-operated washer and dryer is available onsite and shared with the other units. Guest access hours are 7am–10am and 3pm–10pm, with housekeeping using them during midday hours for turnovers.
