Step inside and discover a spacious, welcoming layout designed for groups and families. The primary living room invites you to unwind with a smart TV, cozy couch and loveseat, an armchair, and a small table for two tucked beside a window—perfect for coffee or a quiet game of cards. A selection of board games adds to the laid-back charm. Head up to the fourth-floor living room, where additional seating creates another comfortable hangout that leads directly to the rooftop deck, offering fresh coastal breezes and a great spot to gather.



The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, warm wood cabinetry, and counter seating for four, opening to a dining table for 10 that’s ideal for shared meals after a day at the beach. In the garage, you’ll find all the beach essentials you need—a wagon, six beach chairs, and twelve beach towels—making it easy to head out for a day in the sand. Afterward, fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy dinner outdoors as the sun sets. Designed for comfort, convenience, and effortless coastal living, Nubble View has everything you need to make unforgettable memories.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms as well as twin size and full size futons in the 4th floor living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, 2 chairs, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #5 includes a twin size bed. This bedroom has access to the 4th floor.



This home also includes 2 guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Washer and dryer in home.

· Driveway parking for 4 vehicles.

· Please note that this home observes strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask that all guests respect these hours, as there are nearby neighbors.

· Portable crib provided.

· Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the top floor deck.
