Nouvelle location. À 5 minutes Ă  pied de Long Sands Beach sur une route privĂ©e (prĂšs de l'hĂŽtel Anchorage). Beaucoup d'activitĂ©s amusantes Ă  York. La maison a 5 chambres Ă  coucher, 2 salles de bain et beaucoup d'espace de vie. A deux ponts extĂ©rieurs, une juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des deux chambres au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, plus un joli patio avec barbecue Ă  gaz. Parking pour 3 voitures. Pas d'animaux et non fumeur. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les piĂšces, l'endroit reste frais. Location disponible mi juin-aoĂ»t; minimum de 7 jours et mai / oct / nov 3 nuits minimum. Disponible de mai Ă  novembre.

Lovely home located close to great restaurants, York beach, and local tourist attractions. Lots of space for everyone to have their own quiet time. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was located in an ideal location. A five minute walk to Long Sands Beach was perfect for our family. Many restaurants are located near by. The home was comfortable and well equipped.

This beautiful beach house has it all!! A short walk to the ocean, great quiet neighborhood, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of space. We will absolutely be back!

Absolutely perfect!

The house is great and has everything you could possibly need for a few days at the beach.Christine was a great host, communication was great, check in process extremely easy. We left everything clean and got our cleaning deposit fee back without any troublemWould highly recommend and would definitely want to come back!

Family reunion

We travelled to York to visit a cousin living in the area. The house was perfect for us Very easy to walk to the beach or local restaurants. Plenty of inside & outside seating for us to gather & catch up. Hosts were accessible and attentive. We hope to return!

Family Vacation

Wonderful spot for our family R&R vacation ! Plenty of space for both kids and adults to hang out separately and together. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. Both adults and kids enjoyed boogie boarding on perfect waves ! Hope we have an opportunity for another stay â˜ș

Very accessible

This house was great for a multi-generational family vacation. 1st floor bedroom with bathroom access for grandparents, good bedroom setups upstairs, big kitchen for prepping meals and plenty of open space for toddlers. Looking forward to booking again!

Nice hideaway

We had a delightful stay! The house is conveniently located near the beach, making it easily accessible by foot. The neighborhood is remarkably peaceful. There are an ample number of pots and pans, making cooking a home-style meal easy. The floor plan is ideal for families, allowing all members to sleep close by.

Great location & communication

Great spot with close proximity to everything nearby. Christine was very communicative and kept in touch through the entire stay. Cleaning fee not included in the original booking but we were given the opportunity to leave the unit as clean as we found it to avoid any extra charges. The property provided everything you would need for a stay by the beach.

Great Location

The house was very comfortable and the location was awesome Christine had great communication and everything was a breeze. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. I would not recommend more than 6 adults because the other two bedrooms had twin beds but if you were staying with kids this would be perfect. Just remember that there are only 2 bathrooms but that’s the case with a lot of the homes in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home close to the beautiful Long Sands Beach

Loved the open kitchen/living room area to hang with the gang while cooking. Especially enjoyed the enclosed back porch/room for eating, playing games and watching football. The house is well cared for with any type of kitchen supplies for all types of cooking along with cozy and comfortable bedrooms. The hosts provided great assistance and were very accessible during our stay! Highly recommend this property.

Perfect York Beach Stay

This space, comfort and location of this home were perfect for our family. We traveled with 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone, the layout was perfect for relaxing and entertaining nearby family. The location was close to everything including restaurants and a grocery store, plus the short walk to Long Sands Beach was very easy (even for small kids). The host, Christine, was welcoming, communicative and helpful from the moment we booked through our stay. Unexpected bonus was listening to ocean waves in the evening right from the balcony. Overall this home was ideal and perfect for a beach vacation - I cannot recommend enough!

Expectations Exceeded...

I've been visiting York Beach for many many years with my kids starting out camping and now via house rentals. Finding Christine & David's home was just perfect for our family of adult children able to visit during the week as time permitted. The house itself was perfectly set up to allow full family interaction and also some quiet time as needed. The location and short walk to the beach couldn't have been better or easier. I will look to book this place for future years to come. Christine was a wonderful host and I would certainly recommend her rental as a great option for your stay at York Beach. Annual June vaca

The house was very clean and easy to find everything! The towels on the bed with the shell on them was a nice touch. It was so welcoming! The book was a great help, too! The welcome sign and little snacks was very sweet to greet us. It was a very short walk to Long Sands which was great! The decks and porch were perfect to sit abd relax or enjoy a meal at. We had a great week although it rained the first half of the week, we still made memories abdcenjiyed each other! Thank you for opening your house to us. It was perfect! Fondly, Jenny and family

Ideal Family Vacation Rental

Christine’s place was just perfect for our young family. We had an excellent week at long sands and this beautiful home served as the ideal home away from home for us. Christine was very communicative and an excellent host. She even left some treats for the kids and bubbles for them to play with. We were a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach, where we did lots of walks and played all day. Plenty of space for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the three season porch, spent a lot of time out there enjoying the private backyard. Thank you Christine! We will be back for sure.

Comfy, Cozy, Easy

This home had everything we needed to enjoy a friends reunion. Access to the beach was easy-just a 5-minute walk. We could cook our meals at the house but it is also centrally located to area restaurants and close to grocery stores. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. When the tide was high, we could hear ocean waves from the balcony! We were only limited by parking since there is space for 3 cars. To help keep our car numbers down, I parked my car overnight at the Hannaford grocery store without issue. Christine was kind and welcoming and checked in with me before, during and after my stay to see if we needed anything. All was pleasant. I highly recommend this home.

Able to walk everywhere. Beautiful quite family neighborhood. Mainly homeowners and not rental units.

House is perfect for families, with beautiful sunporch area & 1 bedroom on first floor and 4 more on 2nd floor for their own space. Lots of room indoors and out!
