One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. The unit was absolutely spotless, quiet and had a stunning view! We used the outdoor grill, which was very efficient and new. And boy does their hot water heater work! The washer/dryer in the unit was also very convenient. I love that you could hear the elk outside from the balcony. The only thing that could make the place better would be a more comfortable mattress, which was on the firm side.

Million dollar view! Clean and comfortable. Owners do a great job of providing a lot of the little things such as spices, binoculars, soaps, hand sanitizer, etc. You can tell that they put thought into all they provide for a nice stay!

Jolene and Jim are great owners. Their chalet was perfect for our 3 nights in Estes Park. LOVED that view from the deck/front room/upstairs bedroom. The chalet was clean and comfortable. The furniture on the deck was comfortable. We highly recommend this chalet for the reasons stated above and for its location in a very quiet area close to RMNP.

The condo was just as advertised. We loved hanging out on the deck enjoying the scenery. Location is great you are close to everything in town, but the condo area is peaceful and quiet.

Absolutely beautiful! Everything we needed was there, coffee, laundry soap, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper.. All provided!! Beds were comfortable, the view was amazing and when we walked in, it was so clean you didn’t see any dust/dirt! Great trails close by.. close to store, shops and activities.. Do gem lake!! We would definitely book here again if we would come back to Estes park.. Thank you for a great stay!!

Black Canyon Chalet was clean, cozy and had amazing mountain views. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, white water rafting, shopping the riverwalk in Estes Park, visiting the Stanley Hotel, The Ranch, hiking, a jeep tour in Rocky Mountain National Park and more! A visit to the national park

We visited for three days to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was in a great location with easy access to both Estes Park and the national park. There is even a hike to Gem lake available just up the road. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The view was incredible. The only downside was that the Black Hills resort it right by the condo and they were having a lot of weddings with loud receptions lasting late into the evening.

Most Epic View!

Brought my son out for Memorial weekend at Rocky Mountain National Park and found this spot. The mountain view from the front porch and huge open window was absolutely spectacular. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely return!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view! Very close to Estes Park and the Stanley Hotel. Everything was clean and the hosts left all the essentials so that we did not need to buy a lot of extras. This was a great comfy home base after lots of outdoor fun. Loved our stay and RMNP!

First time visiting

Location, location, location! Less than 5 minute drive to the heart of Estes. Very close to the National Park too. Outstanding views of mountains. Kitchen was well stocked, nice gas fireplace too. Clean and quiet.
