Great Stay at Cozy Estes Park Condo!

This condo is the perfect location with plenty of space and an incredible mountain view! We attended a wedding at Black Canyon Resort and this property was adjacent to the wedding venue - only a short walk across a parking lot! The host provided excellent communication and we had no issues at all. After the wedding we enjoyed RMNP, which was only a short drive. We highly recommend the property!

This place was the perfect place to stay for a wedding at the Black Canyon Inn. Short walking distance to the venue. Beautiful views, very clean, excellent communication from owners. Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy condo with great views and location

This space was exactly what we needed for the 5 of us. The property was clean and well-stocked with the basics. Views were great and only a few minutes away from downtown Estes Park! Would visit again.

Great Family Place

It was wonderful! The location and views from the condo are outstanding. More importantly, the owners have thought of everything for you. I was able to cook every night with a fully stocked selection of pans and baking dishes. The bedding and little touches made it feel like home. We simply can't say enough about how perfect the property as well as our outstanding host.

Great location. Clean. Attentive property manager. Enjoyed the close location to grocery store and downtown area, less than a mile away and walkable and beautiful views. Also very close to great hiking trails. Would recommend.

Excellent condo

Condo was very clean, cozy feeling but plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with excellent shower, perfect kitchen. Location was great - convenient to town and RMNP, and in a beautiful setting, with bugling elk nearby! Wi-fi worked great for us, and we did steaks on the gas grill one night on the comfortable deck. Perfect Fall weather didn't hurt! Thanks for a great week.

Great location & Great view

We had a great stay. The space was ample for our family and it's always so nice to have a kitchen. It got a bit warm in the master bedroom as they days heated up. The fans available certainly helped and we were pleased when the weather turned cooler. I would highly recommend staying here, but primarily during cool weather. We thoroughly enjoyed having this condo as our "home base" as we hiked and hiked and explored Estes Park.

Some pros and some cons

Nice view, great location. Needs a deeper cleaning and some new living room furniture. Good value for the area. Renters should know this is a unit in a multi-unit building. During our stay, neighbors were very quiet.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed the location of the condo and the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and dishes. The bedrooms were nice too, with lots of towels for bathroom use. My favorite things were the views of Lumpy Ridge. The master bedroom has a wonderful view, since it is on the second story. We had no problems. Will definitely consider another stay. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean with updates and new carpet throughout. Convenient to RMNP and anywhere in Estes Park. A little difficult to find at night with just the street address, ask for additional instructions if you are arriving after dark. Owner answered our call right away and got us right there when we missed the turn. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal, blankets & pillows on the couches. Elk in the mornings right outside our entrance!

Amazing

The place is exactly as described. The view is absolutely beautiful and the condo is incredibly nice. It felt like being at home, only with a much nicer view. We saw elk and other animals from our porch. I don't think it was planned, but i have a 1 1/2 year old daughter and the place was relativity kid safe. Highly recommend if you're staying in Estes. It's minutes from evening, but still secluded.

Mountain getaway

Location was perfect for wedding at neighboring Black Canyon Inn. Questions about location were immediately answered by host. Property was clean and presented as described. Beautiful views and close to Estes park and neighboring Rocky Mountain National Park. The only thing I would change is adding some black out curtains to second floor bedroom. A lot of light early in the morning .
